are excluded from that street, road or public placedescribed on Drawing No. Q229/2 as the ‘bus onlylane’. For the purpose of this resolution, any termused in this resolution which has a meaning definedin the Road Traffic Act 1961, (as applicable at thedate of this resolution) shall bear the meaning asdefined in the Road Traffic Act 1961,”

be varied to reflect the State Government operational changesin the provision of public transport by:

- the deletion of the words ‘(other than articulated busesowned and operated by the State Transport Authority)’ inthe 4th dot point and inserting the words ‘(other thanMetroticket Buses)’ therefor;

- the deletion of the words ‘except those owned andoperated by the State Transport Authority’ in the 5th dotpoint and inserting the words ‘(other than MetroticketBuses)’ therefor; and

- the inclusion of the following definition after the word‘Act’ on the last line thereof:“For the purposes of this resolution, ‘Metroticket Buses’shall mean:• buses owned or operated under and pursuant to a
