NO. 8 OF 2011 South Australia—Gulf of St Vincent—Buoys Temporarily

Deployed for Waste Water Project MARINERS are advised that commencing on 21 February 2011 to 25 March 2011, a total of 204 chambers filled with microalgae will be deployed in a grid pattern along the metropolitan coast in three separate stages. Each chamber has a SARDI identification tag attached to an 8-inch white buoy with fluorescent pink stripes and anchored with a 12 kg weight. For the first and second stages, chambers will be deployed on a 0.54 nautical mile grid pattern. The first stage will be deployed from 21 February 2011 to 25 February 2011 between the latitudes of 34°48′S and 34°59.5′S with the most offshore sites located 3 nautical miles from land. Four additional chambers will be deployed 2 to 3 nautical miles apart along a transect at around latitude 34°49′S and between 4.5 and 12.5 miles offshore. The second stage will be deployed from 28 February 2011 to 4 March 2011 between latitudes 34°59′S and 35°12′S with the most offshore sites located approximately 3 nautical miles from land. The third stage will be deployed from 7 March 2011 to 11 March 2011 and 21 March 2011 to 25 March 2011 between latitudes 34°35′S and 34°50′S and less than 6 nautical miles from land. The chambers will be deployed in a 0.54 nautical mile grid pattern. An additional 17 chambers will be deployed 2 to 3 nautical miles apart between latitudes of 34°31.5′S and 34°46′S at distances 4 to 15 nautical miles offshore. WATERWORKS ACT 1932 Instrument of Authority to give Expiation Notices and to make Enquiries Under Regulation 46 of the Waterworks Regulations 1996

PURSUANT to a delegation by the former Minister for Infrastructure (now the Minister for Water) dated 4 May 1997, the South Australian Water Corporation authorises the persons named in the Schedule to give expiation notices under the Waterworks Act 1932. Pursuant to Regulation 46 of the Waterworks Regulations 1996, the South Australian Water Corporation also authorises the persons named in the Schedule to undertake the duties covered by Regulation 46. This instrument revokes all previous authorities in regard to the giving of expiation notices and undertaking the duties covered by Regulation 46 under the Waterworks Act 1932.

Highways (Control of Access—Sturt Highway) Proclamation 2011 under section 30A(1) of the Highways Act 1926

Preamble 1 On 17 July 2003, a controlled-access road, comprised of portions of Road No 7200 Sturt

Highway in the Hundred of Nuriootpa and certain other portions of road, was declared (Gazette 17.7.2003 p2961).

2 It is now intended that the controlled-access road referred to in clause 1 cease to be a controlled-access road.

3 It is also intended that the land shaded in grey in the plan in Schedule 1 be a controlled-access road.

1—Short title This proclamation may be cited as the Highways (Control of Access—Sturt Highway) Proclamation 2011.

2—Commencement This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Land ceasing to be controlled-access road The controlled-access road referred to in clause 1 of the preamble ceases to be a controlled-access road.
