For individual treatment bookings, a £15 fee is charged upon by way of booking deposit for non-members. 72 hours’ notice is required in order to receive a full refund.

For Spa Breaks, a £25 per person deposit is required in order to confirm your booking, with final balances due at least two weeks prior to your arrival.

Treatments for those under the age of 16 are restricted to manicures and pedicures only and require parental consent via signature prior to the treatment.

On arrival, you will be asked to complete a brief consultation form to ensure that you do not have any medical conditions that prevent you from using our facilities. Please note that our spa therapists reserve the right to refuse certain treatments on medical grounds.

A R R I VA LWe advise all of our guests to arrive at least 40 minutes prior to their appointment so that we can register your arrival, after which the leisure facilities are available to unwind and relax. Please come to the Spa at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to register and complete our health questionnaire. Late arrival may lose you some of your precious time.
