TErMS ANd cONdiTiONSAccommodation bookings require a credit card to guarantee the res-ervation. For all reservations a £10 per person non-refundable and non transferable deposit is required to secure the booking. Full pre-payment along with confirmation of final party numbers is required at the hotel no less than 14 days prior to the function, after which no amendments can be made without the consent of the hotel. changes made to bookings after this point may incur an additional charge. Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit.
