Welcome to the June 2018 issue (number 38) of the Star &Crescent E-zine.

Ramadan Mubarak! Every year, for 30 consecutive days,the Muslim community worldwide engage in fasting duringthe Holy month of Ramadan. During this time, Muslimsabstain from the consumption of food and drink duringdaylight hours.

There are several health benefits to be gained whenfasting. Fasting allows the digestive system to rest. Itenables the body to expel the digested poisons and toxinsthat have built up over time. Fasting helps the body torestore balance and repair itself internally. Fasting regularlyslows down the ageing process, and its the best and mostreliable way to lose excess pounds (or kilos) in weight.

Yes, you may experience some discomfort at first, as yourstomach growls impatiently at you. You may feel a bit lightheaded as your oxygen intake increases into your bloodsystem.

You may experience new feelings you never thought orknew you had. Fasting heightens the senses. Your sense ofsmell becomes more acute. When you stay the course,your mind and body will soon adapt. Its a good opportunityto examine the food you eat. Buy good quality food andavoid poor quality junk food and snacks. Fasting helps youto train your mind to take control of your stomach. Mindover matter. Its a good exercise in strengthening your selfdiscipline and building the will.

Fasting increases humility. We live in a world where food isabundant in certain places and scarce in others. Fastingkeeps you in touch with the poor and is a reminder that thefood we eat should not be taken for granted.

Fasting is an awesome challenge. The best way to fast isto have a positive attitude. When fasting becomeschallenging, and sometimes it does, call your Brother orSister who is also fasting, for some moral support.

Heaven Lies at the Feet of Mother[Editor’s  note:  The following article   is  based on excerptstaken from a Mother’s Day address delivered by MinisterFarrakhan on 13 May 1984 at The Final Call AdministrationBuilding in Chicago, Illinois.]

In The Name of Allah, The Beneficent, The Merciful.

“Heaven Lies at the Foot of Mother.” This quotation wasspoken by Prophet Muhammad, Ibn Abdullah, 1,400 yearsago in his great work of reform and civilizing of the Arabpeople   in   the  days  of   their   ignorance.  This  quotation   isapplicable to us as well today. Heaven represents a stateof peace where the citizens of  heaven live in accordancewith   the  laws,  rules,  statutes or  commandments of  Allah(God). This is also called in scripture the Kingdom of God. 

Again,   it   is   called   the   hereafter. The   Honourable   ElijahMuhammad taught us that the hereafter means here on theearth after the   works   of   Satan   are   destroyed.   SomeIslamic Scholars say that the hereafter is a continuation ofthis life. Only, it is lived on a higher plane.

In the Qur’an there is a chapter referred to as the elevatedplaces. In the Bible, Allah (God) says, “My thoughts arenot your thoughts. My ways are not your ways. I amfrom above while you are from beneath.”

It is our disconnection from the thoughts and ways of Allah(God) that cause us to  live the hellish life and existencethat  the people of our planet presently experience.  If  webelieve that heaven lies at the foot of mother, what kind ofmother   is   it   that  heaven  lies  at  her   feet?   It   is  a  motherwhose heart, mind, and soul  is fixed on Allah (God), HisThoughts and His  Ways  that  are  found  in   the Words ofAllah (God) in the scriptures of the Bible and Qur’an. 

In order for heaven to be at the woman’s foot or mother’sfoot, mother has to be in complete submission or surrenderof her life to the Will of Almighty (God) Allah. This becomesexceedingly difficult if the woman is not in the charge of orin the company of a righteous man. Mary was blessed tobe this kind of virtuous woman because she was preparedfrom the womb, but, she was also under the authority of arighteous male figure.

The value of a virtuous woman is more than the value ofthe wealth of the earth, but, the female and the value of heras a virtuous woman has been devalued by the societies ofthe earth. To devalue the currency of any nation weakensthat nation financially. When the price of gold as a standardof  value  goes  down,   then  we cannot  purchase what  wecould   at   the   rate   when   gold   had   a   higher   value.   Thedevaluation of the female and the devaluation of virtue inthe society has caused us  to  live on a plane  that   is  farbeneath that which we are capable of.

This   is   why   every   religion   and   every   society   must   re­evaluate  how we  look  at   the   females   in  our  society.  Tothink   of   her   as   only   being   valuable   for   procreation   andpleasure   is  devaluing  her.  To   think  of  her  as  not  beingtalented or gifted, that she may be an equal sharer in thedevelopment   of   the   society,   nation   or   civilization,   is   todevalue her. To make her a sex symbol is to devalue her.To show her off before the world in an indecent manner isto devalue her. 

Rubies have no consciousness and do not know of  theirvalue. Neither do diamonds, sapphires, and emeralds. It iswe who place a value on these stones. In this world, theman has not given or placed a proper value on the female,and thus, has caused the female to devalue herself. Thebehaviour   of   our   women   and   our   girls   demonstrate   thethinking of a devalued human, for woman to accept to bedisplayed   or   kept   in   an   inferior   status   is   to   accept   thedevaluation   of herself   by   the  men   of   this   world. HeavenLies at the Foot of Mother.

No wonder the earth has plunged into hell and the pit intowhich we are falling appears to be bottomless. This meansthat there is no limit to the depth to which we (men) havecaused the woman to fall. Heaven begins with a virtuouswoman.  This  is why a virtuous woman  is more valuablethan precious stones. We all want peace in our lives. We allwould love to see the people of the earth act better by oneanother, but, it is clear by our stumble and fall and by thehatred   that  exists  between  man  and  man,  and  betweenman and woman that we do not know the way to peace.

Paul says in his writings, “What then? Are we better thanthey? No, in no way; for we have before proved bothJews and Greeks, that they are all under sin; As it iswritten, There is none righteous, no, not one: There isnone  that  understandeth,   there   is  none  that  seekethafter God. They are all gone out of the way, they aretogether become uprofitable; there is none that doethgood, no, not one. 

Their throat is an open sepulcher; with their tonguesthey  have used  deceit;   the  poison of  asps  is  undertheir   lips;   Whose   mouth   is   full   of   cursing   andbitterness.   Their   feet   are   swift   to   shed   blood;Destruction and misery are in their ways; And the wayof peace have they not known. There is no fear of Godbefore their eyes.” Romans Chapter 3 verses 9­18

Heaven   Lies   at   the   Foot   of   Mother. This   is   why   theProphets of Allah (God) worked so hard with women. Thisis why they put protection on the woman. This is why menwill fight, die and kill to protect women. Any man that willnot fight for the respect and protection of the female is noman at all.  The Honourable Elijah Muhammad wrote thatthe farmer protects  the field  that produces his crops. Heuses  pesticides  and  insecticides   to  kill the  enemy of  hiscrop. 

How much more should we be in protecting our females,who are the producers of our nation? It is in the nature of aman to kill that which breaks into his family and goes after

his wife and his daughter.   It   is  also  in  the nature of   thefemale.  Too many of  our  men are   languishing   in  prisontoday for killing someone that has interfered with his wife,girlfriend, or daughter. When we as men are in a right stateof  mind, we will  go  to war  with anyone or anything  thatdevalues or destroy our families.

If   the female is unprotected, disrespected, and devalued,then,  what   comes   from her  womb  is   the  same. HeavenLies at the Foot of Mother.

Look at the disgraceful styles of the clothing of our women.Did not you know, my dear sister  that your bodies weremade to excite the sexual nature of the man? It is difficultfor a man to think decent thoughts with a disrobed womanin his sight. To walk the streets with your flesh showing,with the beauty of your hair showing, and parts of the bodythat attract a man to you on display, this puts the man’sthinking   on   a   low   level.   Therefore,   his   conversation   willfollow his thoughts.

Allah   (God)  asks   the  woman  in   the  Qur’an   to   lower   thegarment over her bosom and cover her adornments. Thebreasts of a woman are an adornment, parts of the femalebody are an adornment,  her hair   is an adornment.  Allah(God) asks the female to cover not because he desires tomake a slave of the female, He wants her to be protectedfrom the insults that come from a man who is attracted bytheir adornment of the female. 

He wants  to  protect  her   from a man whose mind  is   lowdown. He wants to protect her from involvement with sucha man. He wants to protect the man from the weakness ofhis own nature that he will not be an agent of Satan in thedevaluation   of   the   female. Heaven  Lies   at   the   Foot  ofMother.

My dear sisters, you can be beautiful and covered. This isbetter  for you  if  you but knew. Cover yourselves so thatmen will not be attracted by the beauty of your body, but,through righteous conversation let them be attracted to thebeauty of your mind and your spirit.

Would not you like to replace the hell that is on the earthwith   a   heavenly   life?   Would   you   not   like   to   see   yourchildren grow up  in a more peaceful  environment? Whatwill   you   give   to   see   such   a   heavenly   state   come   intoexistence?   The   Honourable   Elijah   Muhammad   saidthat, “He would give all that He has and all within Hispower to see such a day when Satan’s world will bedestroyed and a better world come into existence.”

Every one of us as men should say with Him that, “I willgive all that I have and all within my power to producea   heavenly   life   for   myself,   family   and   the   unborngeneration yet to come.”

Heaven Lies at the Foot of Mother. This means that wemust help in the production of a righteous woman. As men,we must know that the little girls that come into this worldcome in pure and we as husbands, father, brothers, unclesand cousins must commit ourselves to protect the purity offemales that we come in contact with, particularly fathers,uncles, and brothers, for, oft­times it is family members thatare destroying the virtue of our young girls.

Heaven Lies at the Foot of Mother. We will never have aheavenly life until we have Godly females who love Allah(God) with their heart, soul, mind, and strength, and, whowill  never come down from the elevated place that Allah(God)   desires   for   the   female.   If   she   is   elevated   inconsciousness,   filled   with   the   Word   and   Spirit   of   Allah(God),   filled with   the knowledge of  self  and Allah (God),then, when she is with child we can expect that she will belike Mary, a good mother. Heaven lies at her feet, whichmeans that children must be  in submission to  the Godlywoman to let her shape and mould them into good boysand girls. 

The scripture  teaches, “Train up a child  in  the way heshould go and, when he is old, he will not depart fromit.”  Then and only then can we produce the heavenly lifeon earth. Then and only then can we as a nation ascend to

that elevated place and witness the Kingdom of Allah (God)on earth. Then and only then, we will be in the Hereafterwhere there will be no vain discourse and everywhere welook we will see and hear nothing but peace, peace, peace.

Chicken safety fear as chlorinewashing fails bacteria tests 

British microbiologists find that American technique atheart   of   Brexit   trade   row   does   not   kill   listeria   andsalmonella 

The chlorine washing of food, the controversial “cleaning”technique used by many US poultry producers who wantaccess to the British market post­Brexit, does not removecontaminants, a new study has found.

The   investigation,   by   a   team   of   microbiologists   fromSouthampton University  and published  in   the US  journalmBio,   found   that   bacilli   such   as   listeria   and   salmonellaremain   completely   active   after   chlorine   washing.   Theprocess merely makes it impossible to culture them in thelab,  giving the  false  impression  that   the chlorine washinghas been effective.

Apart   from a   few  voluntary  codes,   the  American  poultryindustry   is   unregulated   compared   with   that   in   the   EU,allowing for flocks to be kept in far greater densities andleading   to   a   much   higher   incidence   of   infection.   Whilechicken farmers in the EU manage contamination throughhigher   welfare   standards,   smaller   flock   densities   andinoculation,  chlorine washing  is  routinely  used  in   the USright  at   the end of   the process,  after  slaughter,   to  cleancarcasses.   This   latest   study   indicates   it   simply   doesn’twork.

Currently, chlorine­washed chicken is barred from entry tothe   EU   on   animal   welfare   grounds   and   has   become   acontentious issue for opponents of liberal trade deals withthe US post­Brexit. 

Previous studies with similar findings have been dismissedby the US poultry  industry as producing “laboratory­only”results with no relevance to the real world. “We thereforetested  the strains of   listeria  and salmonella   that  we hadchlorine­washed on nematodes [roundworms], which havea   relatively   complex   digestive   system,”   said   ProfessorWilliam Keevil,  who  led the university  team.  “All  of   themdied.   Many   companies   and   scientists   have   built   theirreputations   promoting   anti­microbial   products.   Thisresearch questions everything they’ve done.”

The study tested contaminated spinach, but Keevil  insiststhe   findings   apply   equally   to   chicken.   “This   is   veryconcerning,” he said. The issue, he argues,  is less to dowith the chicken itself, the contamination of which can bemanaged by thorough cooking.  “It’s   that  chlorine­washedchicken,   giving   the   impression   of   being   safe,   can   thencross­contaminate the kitchen.”

The   British   government   has   given   a   series   of   mixedmessages over  its  willingness  to  accept chlorine­washedchicken into the UK as part of any post­Brexit  trade dealwith   the   US.   While   Michael   Gove,   the   environmentsecretary,   has   insisted   animal   welfare   standards   will   bemaintained,  the trade secretary,  Liam Fox,  told MPs  lastNovember, “There are no health reasons why you couldn’teat chickens that have been washed in chlorinated water.”

In a speech delivered last month, Fox referred to “myths”being  used   to   stymie   free   trade  agreements.  Last   year,Wilbur Ross, the US commerce secretary, insisted the UKwuld have to accept American food standards if it was tosecure a trade deal. According to a poll by the consumerassociation   Which,   72%   of   the   British   population   isopposed to the introduction of chlorine­washed chicken onto the British market.

Recently published analysis by the British food and farmingpressure group Sustain,  found that the incidence of  foodpoisoning in the US could be 10 times higher than in theUK. The US Centers for Disease Control and Preventionreports   that  about  380 people die  each year   in  Americafrom   foodborne   salmonella   poisoning.   Public   HealthEngland reports that, between 2005 and 2015, there wasnot a single death  from salmonella poisoning  in Englandand Wales.

Kath  Dalmeny,   the  chief  executive  of  Sustain,  describedthe Southampton research as a wake­up call. “Those deadnematodes   are   telling   us   something,”   she   said.   “Thisresearch suggests US chlorine washing may give a falseimpression   of   food   safety.   Proper   food   safety   relies   on

clean   production   methods   with   high   animal   welfare,resilience to disease, and full traceability and labelling – notjust end­of­pipe chemical washes.”

Infection   is   a   recognised   hazard   of   all   intensive   poultryfarming  and   the  UK  is  not   immune,  with   campylobacterregarded   as   a   major   problem   within   the   British   chickenflock.   Incidences   of   human   illness   as   a   result   ofcampylobacter peaked at nearly 115 per 100,000 of the UKpopulation   in   2012,   but   have   since   declined   as   newcontamination control measures have been put in place.

“The   US   vigorously   champions   chemical   washes,”   saidRichard Griffith,   the chief  executive of   the British PoultryCouncil. “But this hides the shortcomings in their productionmethods and belies their attitude both to food safety andbeing open with consumers.  It  seems that  the US, evenwith growing scientific evidence, is still trying to offload foodon us of higher risk and lower quality than our own.”

Liam Fox declined to comment  further on the efficacy ofchlorine   washing   for   chicken.   However,   a   governmentspokesperson said: “We have been clear that we will notlower our high food safety and animal welfare standards asa result of any future free trade agreement.”

The Food Standards Agency went further, essentially tyingthe hands of British negotiators, by pointing out that onlywater safe for human consumption can be used to removesurface   contamination   from   poultry   carcasses   in   EUcountries. “The current rules will remain in place after theUK leaves the EU,” the FSA said.

Tom   Super   of   the   National   Chicken   Council,   the   tradeassociation   for  American  chicken   farmers,  described   theconcerns over chlorine washing raised by the new study as“silly,”   and   stressed   that   America   is   the   second­largestexporter of chicken in the world. “We export product safelyto  more   than  100  countries  around   the  globe,”  he  said.“We’ve been feeding the same chicken to our families fordecades. This has never been an issue of science, ratherone of politics and protectionism.”

10 food safety risks undera free­trade deal with US

A   report   by   the   Soil   Association   highlights   10concerns  about   food safety   in  a  post­Brexit  era.These foods are currently banned in the UK:

1. Chlorine­washed chicken  (banned in theEU).

2. Hormone­treated   beef  (banned   in   theEU).

3. Ractopamine in pork (banned in the EU).4. Chicken litter as animal feed  (banned in

the EU). Includes the birds' faeces.5. Atrazine­treated   crops  (banned   in   the

EU). Atrazine is a herbicide used on 90%of   sugar   cane,   which   can   enter   into thewater supply and interfere with wildlife.

6. Genetically   modified   foods  (banned   inthe EU).

7. Brominated vegetable oil  (banned in theEU).  BVO  is  used  in citrus drinks;  Coca­Cola announced it would stop using BVO in2004.

8. Potassium bromate (banned in the EU). Adough  conditioner  also  banned   in  China,Brazil and Canada, in tests on rats it hasbeen found to be a possible carcinogen.

9. Azodicarbonamide. A bleaching agent forflour,  it  has been linked to an increase intumours in rats.

10.Food   colourants  (banned   in   the   UK,regulated   in   the   EU).   Can   lead   tohyperactivity in children.

TRUE KNOWLEDGE OF BIBLE AND HOLY QUR’ANIf we have the true knowledge of the Bible andHoly Qur’an, we could agree on the truth of God,devil, religion and the people of Allah. We cannotsay and prove that the Bible is all the word ofAllah. The Bible is nearly two-thirds prophecy –What some others say that God said.

It is originally referred to as the “Book,” I supposebecause of the compilation of the book whichcontains the books of many others on histories,predictions, stories of rulers, people and nations,poems, parables, rules and laws.

The First Book called “Genesis” consists of anattempt at describing the creation and the historyof the Old World; and steps taken by God towardsthe formation of the theocracy. The Second Bookcalled “Exodus” - the history of Israel’s departurefrom Egypt; the giving of the law. The Third Bookcalled “Leviticus” contains ceremonial law. TheFourth book is called “Numbers” - the census ofthe people; the story of the wanderings in thewilderness. The Last Book, called “Revelations,”contains very interesting symbolic predictions.

The English translators of the Bible dedicated theBook to one of their kings – James of England.The first half of the Book is often referred to as theTorah. The second half is called the Gospel of NewTestament.

The Bible is called holy, and the word of God.Some of you go too far in such belief. The bible isnot all holy, nor is it all the word of God! I hope thatyou who believe that it is all the the word of Godand holy will read my proofs as taken from theBible, which show that it is not all holy and all theword of God.

The preachers of the Bible should know that it isnot all holy without being told or proved that it isnot. But, most of these preachers’ mouths andtongues are controlled by the enemy of truth forthe sake of certain privilages; just as the falseprophets of Baal and magicians of Pharaohwanted to please the enemies of God!

If we should set ourselves aside to preach thetruth, then we must be sure that we have andknow the truth ourselves. If we preach it from abook, we must make certain that the book is trueand that it is from the author of Truth. The Bibleand the Holy Qur’an are filled with truth that leadsus to the judgment, and some of their propheciesrefer to the hereafter. Since these prophecies are asmall percentage of the whole, it makes itnecessary for a new scripture (or guidance) for thehereafter.

The enemy has tampered with the truth in bothbooks: for he has been permitted to handle bothbooks. Neither the Holy Qur’an nor the Bible wasrevealed with the intention of converting the whiterace into truth and righteousness; for God knewthat there was no good in them the day they werecreated. But they are capable of deceiving you inregard to Allah and the righteous.

If you desire to preach or teach that a certainreligion is true or right, you should know allreligions and their scriptures. The man thatchooseth for Himself from among the people as awarner to them, such a one does not needprevious training and knowledge, for Allah is histeacher and trainer. The white man does not havethe knowledge of the Book that he is preaching.

The Bible’s first five books (or Old Testament) aresaid to be Moses’ Books. But it only mentions thegiving of the Ten Commandments, and not a Book(Exodus 20:1-18). I hope that you will notmisunderstand me and think that I do not believein Moses receiving the Torah. Nor does the NewTestament open by saying: “This is a book orscripture revealed to Jesus,” nor does Jesus tell usthat He received a book. But yet the NewTestament was revealed to Jesus, and theRevelation (the last Book of the Bible) wasrevealed to Yakub (titled John).

The Bible being tampered with by the Jews andthe Christians has caused many divisions amongthe people because of their not understanding it.Since the creation of the white race, scripture afterscripture, along with many prophets, have beengiven to the people of this world for a purpose ofguiding and warning the righteous of theirenemies, the devils.

The Holy Qur’an and Bible warn us of a day ofjudgment of this world – a day of total destruction –that none shall be left from that destruction but therighteous, or the original owners. The black nationare the original owners and makers.

The Holy Qur’an Sharrieff is a revealed book(scripture) given to Muhammad, like the prophetsbefore him. This Book contains the last warnings,and makes clear to us that which we did notunderstand to the Torah and the Gospel. It alsogives us the perfect rule and guidance.

One of its names is, “That Which Makes ADistinction,” and another, “That Light” or “TheTruth.” It is the Book for the American so-calledNegroes; and it is best that they throw the Bible inthe waste pail since they cannot understand it.There is another Book that none has been able tosee or read, its contents coming soon from Allah –the “Last Book” which takes us into the hereafter.

The so-called American Negroes are greatdisputers of the Bible without knowing its truemeaning. The wise scholars even of Christianityhave very little respect for the way in which theBible is written up.

According to the Bible, “Adam’s sins meant thedeath of all of the human family.” As Mr NaseemSaifi says in his book entitled, “This is Christianity,”pp. 10 and 11: - “Why should everyone die for thewrong done by one person?”

Some, according to the Bible, were even taken toheaven whole soul and body. And what is worst,Jesus, a righteous man, had to be murdered topay the price of the sin of the murderer (Adam) inorder to free the people who were under a deathpenalty for the sin of Adam – while yet the Bookteaches that God is a just God.

No common father of a son would like to kill hisown son for the wrong of a man who lived 4,000years before his son was born. Yet his son’s

deathdid not pay the price; nor did it stop thepeople from sinning. And yet the father has to killthat same people (the Adamic) in order to get rid ofsin.

“Is God justified in condemning the whole ofmankind for the sin of one man? (Mr Naseem Saifisays on the same page 10).

Another error was made: Jesus is supposed tohave given His life for the sins of the people, andafter three days He took it back. Well, this justdoes not make sense! If a man pays a certainamount of money to redeem some property held inpawn by the pawnbroker, and the next few daysreturns and demands his money without returningthe property, we call such a man a robber.

It cannot be said that Jesus gave His life to theworld as a ransom for the sins of the world andthen later took it back! We can only say thatsomeone has made a very bad job of the Bible. Nowonder the slave-masters were so careful of theirslaves reading it.

The GloriousHoly Qur’an SharrieffThe book that the so-called American Negroes(Tribe of Shabazz) should own and read, the bookthat the slave-masters have, but have notrepresented it to their slaves, is a book that willheal their sin-sick soulls that were made sick andsorrowful by their slave-masters. The book willopen their blinded eyes and open their deaf ears.The book that will purify them, the book that makesa distinction between the God of righteousnessand the god of evil, the book of guidance, the bookof light and truth, the book of wisdom andjudgement.

But the average one should be taught how torespect such a book, how to read it, how tounderstand it, how to teach it. The Holy Qur’anSharrieff contains some of the most beautifulprayers that one ever heard recited or read. It iscalled the Glorious Qur’an and without mistakethat is just what it is. This book is not from aprophet, but direct from Allah (God). Some call the religion Islam a dream ofMuhammad, though the bible does not say it isfrom God, but from prophets and is dedicated toKing James of England. The white race does notlike to worship a Black god and his prophets. Theyare too proud to recognise a Black prophet or god.

Super Method To Detox Fluoride From The BodyBY AQIYL ANIYS

There   are   various   methods   that   have   proven   tosuccessfully   detox   fluoride   from   the   body.   Usingcombinations of these methods provide much more punchthan using one method at a time.

Our   health   is   compromised   by   the   consumption   of   theunnatural and toxic sodium fluoride that is added to publicwater, toothpaste, and food in order to supposedly combattooth decay. The sodium fluoride is used to protect teeth, itis  a  poison  and   is  used  as  an   ingredient   in   rat  poison.Sodium   fluoride   consumption   contributes   to   thedevelopment of skeletal and dental fluorosis, pineal glandcalcification, and lower IQ.

Luckily,   unless   you   swallow   toothpaste   that   containsfluoride most of the fluoride in toothpaste doesn’t enter thebloodstream. Trace amounts do end up being digested and

over time and build up in the pineal gland of the brain, inbones, and in soft tissue in the body. Sodium fluoride is sotoxic   that   the   labels   on   fluoridated   toothpaste   cautionagainst swallowing toothpaste and recommend you seeinga doctor if you do swallow toothpaste. 

You   are   not   told   though   that   it   is   inevitable   that   smallamounts of fluoride will enter the body each time you brushyour teeth with fluoridated toothpaste. 

We are also told that the small amounts of fluoride addedto public drinking or tap water isn’t harmful. You aren’t toldthat the fluoride you drink from tap water accumulates inthe   body   and   just   doesn’t   simply   flow   out   of   the   bodythrough excretion. 

The   fluoride   consumed   through   brushing,   drinking,   andeven   eating   fluoridated   foods   stays   in   the   body   andaccumulates  in  the pineal  gland of   the brain,   the bones,and tissues. Since this is the case, it is important to removeas much fluoride from the body to protect organ function,bones, teeth, and the brain.

For   instance,   the   thyroid   is  heavily  dependent  on  iodineand fluoride displaces the iodine from thyroid cells.

“….one   halogen   can   displace   another   one   of   a   higheratomic weight but cannot displace one of a  lower weightthereby, results fluoride­thyroid­iodine antagonism which inturn leads to interference with iodine uptake. 

The fluoride is a universal G­protein activator/inhibitor. Thestimulation  of  certain  G­proteins  occurs  due  to   the   toxiceffect of fluoride, which has the effects of switching off  theuptake into the cell of the active thyroid hormone. 

The thyroid control mechanism is compromised. The TSH(thyroid   stimulating   hormone)   output   from   the   pituitarygland is inhibited by fluoride, thus  reducing thyroid outputfrom   thyroid   glands.   Fluoride   competes   for   the   receptorsites on the thyroid gland which respond to TSH; so that

this   hormone   reaches   the   thyroid   gland   and   so   fewerhormone is manufactured.

Fluoride also combines with the calcium in bones and teethand   makes   them   brittle   over   time   and   fluoride   is   evenassociated with the decline in cognitive ability. 

Super Fluoride Detox method

1. Reduce Fluoride Entering The BodyStop   consuming   fluoridated   public   water.   Most   filteringsystems   use   simple   carbon   filtration   methods   thatineffectively   filter   fluoride   from   public/tap   water.   Evenreverse  osmosis   filters  do not   remove all  of   the   fluoridefrom   tap   water.   Reverse   osmosis   and   ionizer   filters   doremove more fluoride than common carbon filters, but notall of the fluoride. 

It is best to stop brushing teeth with fluoridated toothpaste.Even   using   the   recommended   pea   size   is   problematicbecause   small   amounts   of   sodium   fluoride   will   end   upgetting into the bloodstream even though you spit out thetoothpaste. You can protect against the build up of cavitycausing bacteria by brushing and rinsing the mouth afterevery meal. You want to kill bacteria in the mouth and canbrush with natural anti­bacterial substances like coconut oilor oil of oregano.

2. Eat TamarindsA tamarind fluoride detox is an excellent and natural way todetox   fluoride.   Studies   have   shown   that   tamarindconsumption   results   in   the  elevated  excretion  of   fluoridethrough urination. 

3. Consume More IodineStudies have shown that iodine displaces fluoride, so theuse of iodine as a flouride detox is especially important tothe thyroid. Fluoride interferes with the iodine uptake in thethyroid, which interferes with thyroid health and functioning.Studies have shown that increased consumption of iodinedisplaces fluoride so it can be removed through urination. 

Jamaican irish Moss 

Seaweed is the best natural source of iodine and includearame,  bladderwrack,  dulse,  hijiki,  kelp,   irish  moss,  nori,and wakame. It   is best  to get seaweed from the AtlanticOcean because of the Fukushima radiation leaking into thePacific Ocean. 

If  your  choice  is  short­term supplementation to   jumpstartfluoride   removal   in   conjunction   with   eating   iodine   richfoods,   nascent   iodine   appears   to   be   the   better   form   ofsupplementation than the use of potassium iodide tablets.(Short­term supplementation may be helpful but long­termyou should depend on natural sources of iodine.)

What the Muslims want 1. We want freedom. We want a full and completefreedom.

2. We want justice. Equal justice under the law. We wantjustice applied equally to all, regardless of creed or class orcolour.

3. We want equality of opportunity. We want equalmembership in society with the best in civilized society.

4. We want our people in America whose parents orgrandparents were descendants from slaves, to be allowedto establish a separate state or territory of their own–eitheron this continent or elsewhere. We believe that our formerslave masters are obligated to provide such land and thatthe area must be fertile and minerally rich. We believe thatour former slave masters are obligated to maintain andsupply our needs in this separate territory for the next 20 to25 years – until we are able to produce and supply our ownneeds. Since we cannot get along with them in peace andequality, after giving them 400 years of our sweat andblood and receiving in return some of the worst treatmenthuman beings have ever experienced, we believe ourcontributions to this land and the suffering forced upon usby white America, justifies our demand for completeseparation in a state or territory of our own.

5. We want freedom for all Believers of Islam now held infederal prisons. We want freedom for all Black men andwomen now under death sentence in innumerable prisonsin the North as well as the South. We want every Blackman and woman to have the freedom to accept or rejectbeing separated from the slave master’s children andestablish a land of their own. We know that the above planfor the solution of the Black and white conflict is the bestand only answer to the problem between two people.

6. We want an immediate end to the police brutality andmob attacks against the so-called Negro throughout theUnited States. We believe that the Federal governmentshould intercede to see that Black men and women tried inwhite courts receive justice in accordance with the laws ofthe land–or allow us to build a new nation for ourselves,dedicated to justice, freedom and liberty.

7. As long as we are not allowed to establish a state orterritory of our own, we demand not only equal justiceunder the laws of the United States, but equal employmentopportunities–NOW! We do not believe that after 400 years

of free or nearly free labour, sweat and blood, which hashelped America become rich and powerful, so manythousands of Black people should have to subsist on reliefor charity or live in poor houses.

8. We want the government of the United States to exemptour people from ALL taxation as long as we are deprived ofequal justice under the laws of the land.

9. We want equal education–but separate schools up to 16for boys and 18 for girls on the condition that the girls besent to women’s colleges and universities. We want allBlack children educated, taught and trained by their ownteachers. Under such schooling system we believe we willmake a better nation of people. The United Statesgovernment should provide, free, all necessary text booksand equipment, schools and college buildings. The Muslimteachers shall be left free to teach and train their people inthe way of righteousness, decency and self respect.

10. We believe that intermarriage or race mixing should beprohibited. We want the religion of Islam taught withouthindrance or suppression.

We can find no other personsfitting this description in these last days more that the so-called Negroes in America. We believe in the resurrection

of the righteous.

6. WE BELIEVE in the judgment; we believe this firstjudgment will take place as God revealed, in America…

7. WE BELIEVE this is the time in history for the separationof the so-called Negroes and the so-called whiteAmericans. We believe the Black man should be freed inname as well as in fact. By this we mean that he should befreed from the names imposed upon him by his formerslave masters. Names which identified him as being theslave master’s slave. We believe that if we are free indeed,we should go in our own people’s names–the Black peopleof the Earth.

8. WE BELIEVE in justice for all, whether in God or not; webelieve as others, that we are due equal justice as humanbeings. We believe in equality–as a nation–of equals. Wedo not believe that we are equal with our slave masters inthe status of “freed slaves.” We recognize and respectAmerican citizens as independent peoples and we respecttheir laws which govern this nation.

9. WE BELIEVE that the offer of integration is hypocriticaland is made by those who are trying to deceive the Blackpeoples into believing that their 400-year-old open enemiesof freedom, justice and equality are, all of a sudden, their“friends.” Furthermore, we believe that such deception isintended to prevent Black people from realizing that thetime in history has arrived for the separation from thewhites of this nation. If the white people are truthful abouttheir professed friendship toward the so-called Negro, theycan prove it by dividing up America with their slaves. We donot believe that America will ever be able to furnish enoughjobs for her own millions of unemployed, in addition to jobsfor the 20,000,000 black people as well.

10. WE BELIEVE that we who declare ourselves to berighteous Muslims, should not participate in wars whichtake the lives of humans. We do not believe this nationshould force us to take part in such wars, for we havenothing to gain from it unless America agrees to give us thenecessary territory wherein we may have something to fightfor.

11. WE BELIEVE our women should be respected andprotected as the women of other nationalities are respectedand protected.

12. WE BELIEVE that Allah (God) appeared in the Personof Master W Fard Muhammad, July, 1930; the long-awaited“Messiah” of the Christians and the “Mahdi” of the Muslims.We believe further and lastly that Allah is God and besidesHIM there is no god and He will bring about a universalgovernment of peace wherein we all can live in peacetogether.
