In the Home tab of Outlook click on Rules & select Create New Rule.1.

Select the Advanced Options at the bottom-right of the box.2.

Scroll down the Rule Wizard and tick with specific words in the sender's address. The in the bottom part of the screen click where it says Specific Words.

In the new pop-up box type @sjcgeelong.vic.edu.au and click Add, then click OK.Click Next.

Scroll down the Rule Wizard and tick move it to the specified folder. Then in the bottom part of the screen click where it says Specified.

In the new pop-up box choose a folder or click New… to create one , then click OK.Click Next.

Give the rule a name (e.g. The Student Email Rule), tick the boxes for Run this rule now on messages already in "Inbox" & Turn on this rule. Now click the Finish button.
