In 2018, The total population in Mongolia reached to 3,238,479,having a rise level of 60,580 and 1.91% from the previous year,respectively with newborn of 78,444 in the country.

63.77% of the total population arebetween ages of 0-35. Moreover,1,002,052 which is 30.94% of thepopulation are Post-Millenials of 0-14ages. 2,020,696 which is 62.4% ofthe population among the ages of 15-59, and 6.66% are above 60 yearsold.

Every year about 157,000 students are enrolled in the University level, and in2018-2019 academic year the total enrollment have rose by 0.32% from theprevious year. The rise is mostly slowing down to more students arechoosing to study abroad every year.

In 2016, There were 41,200 newstudents graduated from HighSchool, and about 66% enrolledinto Mongolian University. In 2018,there were 44,100 new studentsgraduated from High School, andrespectively 71,6% of the totalgraduates were enrolled intoUniversity in Mongolia.We can conclude that about 30% ofthe total graduates of High Schooldo not study in University level inMongolia, and willing to studyabroad for the better program.

Future potentials and expectation on Study Abroad
The biggest change in study abroad destination was seen in the USA and Australia .
In 2018, There were over 2200 students received student visa from Australia, which mostly accounted for the Language Training, also about 2500 dependent visas were issued from Australia to Mongolian students.
In 2018, there were 2316 students received a visa including exchange students from the USA, compared to 1480 in 2017.

Future potentials and expectation on Study

1. In 2020, Undergraduate level study market is going to be around 100,000 students, in which 30% will at least consider the opportunities to study abroad.
2. In Macro level, there are already more than 35,000 students currently studying abroad, and this number will be increasing significantly in the future, due to population rise, and student preference to study abroad.
