The Summit Level 6 Camp Contract 2019

Dear Parents, All students attending the camp are required to sign the camp contract. The camp contract ensures all students display their best behaviour and use their manners so everyone enjoys themselves and has the best time possible. Please read through the contract with your child. Both you and your child need to sign the contract and return it to your classroom by Friday 15th March, 2019 Thank you, Level 6 Teachers

The Summit aims to ensure that everybody has the opportunity to have fun, get to know each other better and try new things. All students attending the camp will be expected to follow the school values. It is also expected that students use pro-social behaviours outlined by Wilson McCaskill’s ‘Play is the Way’ program for the duration of the camp and listen to all instructions given by teachers and camp staff. Respect: All students should show respect for each other by taking turns and encouraging each other whilst completing activities. Show respect for teachers and camp staff by listening when they are speaking and following the instructions they give. Always remember to use your manners and be polite. Responsibility: Students are to give everything their best effort and ensure they are ready to start all activities on time. They should be willing to take responsibility for their own actions. Cooperation: Students will try to get along with all others. This includes encouraging and supporting others, congratulating peers on their efforts and including everyone in games and activities. When talking and communicating with others, students will be expected to use their manners. Students must follow all of the camp guidelines and demonstrate the school values. * If you (the parent) are also attending camp, please create your account

first and select teacher as the type. Then add your child from inside

* If you have two children attending camp, you can “add attendee” from

inside the portal once you’ve created the first account.

3. Complete all relevant sections in the Portal Dashboard.

The Summit Camp Final Payment

Dear Parents/Guardians, The Summit Camp is fast approaching (Wednesday 20th March to Friday 22nd March) so we now require final payment which is $260. Payment is required by Friday 15th March 2019.

Please contact the Business Manager, Ms Sharon Juriansz if you cannot pay by the due date and wish to make alternative financial arrangements. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or Qkr. (Qkr! is our preferred method of payment)
