.Simply grab what takes your fancy from the conveyor belt, or order something from the menu and when you are finished one of our friendly staff will count your coloured plates and total up your bill. .Our waiting on staff will be on hand, as usual, to provide you with drinks, miso soup and anything else you may require. .Don’t feel obliged to eat with chopsticks. Gyoza are one of the oldest Asian dishes. Dumpling parcels stuffed

with filling are cooked until crisp and crunchy.

Katsu is made by deep frying panko (Japanese breadcrumbs) to create

a very crispy light coating. This is served with a fruity sauce.

Handrolls, also known as Temaki, are perfect for eating on the move. A large cone-shape piece of nori is stuffed with sushi rice and a filling of your choice.

Handrolls as the name suggests are intended to be eaten with your hands.

Handrolls are made to order as they need to be eaten straight away to ensure the nori is crispy.

scratch. Our seafood is of the highest and freshest sashimi-grade quality, and

all our sushi is hand-formed, unlike other conveyor belt restaurants, who use machines..

Sustainable Supplies. All of our fish are from sustainable sources when possible. We use salmon from Loch

Duart, widely regarded as the finest and most eco-friendly salmon farm in the UK. .
