Climate events are likely to assume greater importance in influencing migration with the coming years. Some estimations suggest that in 2010 about 38 million people were forced to relocate due to climate-related events and that drought affected about 108 million people. Accordingly, some scholars put the number of environmental refugees as high as 200 million by the year 2050.

Once again humanity are facing its future, but now we all have chance to observe, reflect, prepare, plan and work proactively . We now have more than ever capability to build smarter cities with smarter people. They might stay or leave back home someday, rebuild or fix home town. No matter where they decide or are able to stay, they should be able to make the new home a better place. All of those who can, must help. For this is when we should start: and it’s now!
