The Animate and Create Workshop begins with the session leader presenting an introduction to animation, the activity, the aims and outcomes of the session. This will include a ‘behind the scenes’ video, as well as examples of the type of models and animation you can expect to produce.

What’s InvolvedDelegates are split into groups to brainstorm their ideas for storyline, characters, script and storyboard. This part of the workshop is a key stage in the session, as the group must plan and communicate clearly.

Once the models and props are complete, its time to start animating. The delegates will get an introduction and tutorial on how to use the simple animation software, which takes no longer than 10 minutes.

Once every group has completed their animation, the workshop assistants will take a copy of the animations to be screened to the other groups.

At the end of the session, the groups get to take home the character models they have produced along with any props, drawings and designs. The animations are then taken back to the studio, where we perform any post production required. This includes sound effects, music, credits and visual effects, which will be sent out digitally. You can use this media for marketing materials, blogging, newsletters and more.

Steady your hand, get a good grip and prepare to hurl your axe! With our Axe Throwing activity, it is a test of accuracy as well as strength, brute force won’t do you any good if you don’t know which end of the axe will hit the target. This activity can work on its own, or as part of a larger multi-activity, country pursuits or target sports event.

To ensure that everyone is comfortable before they head to the practice range, all participants will receive a full safety briefing and throwing tips before handling our short handle axes.

What’s InvolvedBy encouraging the participants to learn a new skill together and offering a selection of targets with varying difficulty (points are awarded in relation to technique and difficulty), our axe throwing experience activity provides a great team building opportunity through healthy competition and a lot of fun.

Backpackers is a fun and exciting team building activity, designed to test decision-making skills and collaboration against the clock.

Each team takes on the role of an international backpacker; planning routes, managing their money, choosing work options and deciding which challenges are to be undertaken and when. Graphics on the big screen support and enhance a personalised briefing and allow progress and scores to be updated live throughout the game.

What’s InvolvedBackpackers depart from London and travel to the destinations on our world map. Each team is given a pack containing an introduction to the game and how it works, a travel timetable, passport, SOS vouchers and US Dollars. The game lasts for 80 minutes, with each minute representing a day in the life of a modern backpacker. Teams nominate roles for their members including a team leader and a runner who, wearing their backpack, communicates their team’s decisions to an adjudicator. Effective teamwork is vital in this game to maximise point scoring and achieve a winning team performance.

This is a 100% hands-on race against the clock to complete several baking challenges, the success or failure will be down to teamwork and leadership in this immensely fun and creative team activity. With our pop-up cookery school and baking expertise, we can help a nation of budding bakers to flourish.

What’s InvolvedYou and your team will work with a professional pastry chef to make a variety of traditional and contemporary afternoon tea and bakery items. We will bring along recipes used at exclusive hotels such as the Chewton Glen and the Dorchester in London.

After a short introduction from our host, which includes a warm up exercise and some good housekeeping, there will be a cookery demonstration from the head chef who will challenge teams to make, bake, and decorate a variety of bakery and pastry items, all whilst the clock is ticking. Lots of fun, lots of energy and no soggy bottoms!

Our chef will judge various categories, including custards, pastry, cake and fermented items, awarding points for creativity, skill and taste. Penalties will be given for under cooked cake or split custards.

The bigger picture event illustrates the importance of team work and effective communication. It’s not just about conveying a message, listening skills are also vital.

What’s InvolvedBigger Picture is a creative team building experience designed to promote collaboration, communication and team work in a fun environment.

Following the initial briefing the teams will be shown a Picasso-style painting or an image provided by the you for a few minutes. Each team must then appoint a team communicator to relay this image to their colleagues, who must recreate it.

Each team will reproduce a section of the painting relying on their team communicator to convey the bigger picture.

The event will conclude with all the teams joining their work together to reveal the finished masterpiece. Unlike most events, teams must cooperate, rather than compete in order to achieve the bigger picture.

Challenge 100This fast and furious indoor team challenge includes a variety of cerebral and physical challenges against the clock!

What’s involved?Following the initial briefing, each team will be issued with a portfolio of challenges, teams must successfully complete as many challenges in the allotted time frame as possible to succeed. Organised into equal groups, the teams must decide between themselves which challenges to tackle first - the number of points awarded varies depending on the difficulty of the task!

The challenged range from simple table top activities and puzzles, to larger physical based challenges and games; from beer mat stacking, spaghetti towers and cup stacking, to tic-tac-toe, giant buzz-wire and the vault.

Our Castaway event tests your team’s survival and bush craft skills. Groups must compete against each other to win basic resources needed to build a shelter to help them survive in the wilderness.

What’s InvolvedIn order to succeed, teams must compete in various bushcraft activities such as fire making, wood whittling and natural cordage to acquire basic resources to help them build a successful shelter to protect them from the elements.

The final challenge will be to see how each group’s shelter performs against mother nature’s torturous winds and rain! Opposing teams will test the durability of each groups shelter by hailing buckets of water and utilising our very own wind machine.

What’s InvolvedWorking in teams, delegates will roll up their sleeves and get ‘hands on’ to produce finished packaged chocolates, along with a winning pitch covering their target market, branding, packaging, a killer slogan and a short radio jingle or TV advert. The event concludes with short product pitches from each group judged by an independent panel to take into account the cost of the finished article, quality of creativity, presentation and of course taste sensation.

Crystal ChallengeInspired by the iconic TV show, the Crystal Challenge is the ultimate team building activity, one that tests both a team’s mental and physical ability to succeed and earn as many crystals as possible to trade for time in the crystal dome!

What’s InvolvedJust like the TV show, ‘The Crystal Maze’, groups must work together to earn as many crystals as possible.

Participants are split into teams and rotate around four different zones; Aztec, Industrial, Futuristic and Medieval. To succeed in this event, teams must display good communication and problem solving skills in completing the various challenges and win crystals. After each successful challenge, participants will receive riddles and cryptic clues that will guide teams to their next exciting challenge.

The two teams at the end with the most crystals, make it through to the exciting finale. Each crystal earned is worth five seconds. Each team must then collect as many golden tickets as possible, however, be careful not to collect the silver tickets as points are deducted. The team with the most golden tickets is the proud winner of the crystal trophy!

Dragon Boat Racing is an exhilarating and addictive sport that requires communication and team work to be successful. Whether you are looking for a team building activity for your senior staff, an inter office challenge, icebreaker session, company fun day or inter company competition for 1000 participants, we can tailor each event to suit your requirements to provide a unique event with a difference.

What’s InvolvedNo experience is required as crew briefings and training is provided. Each crew will compete in a minimum of 3 races and with the help of our experienced coaches, aim to set the fastest time in each round. The teams with the fastest single times will then go into the Grand Final to compete for gold, silver and bronze Dragon Boat Challenge medals. The winning team will also be presented with an engraved Champions Trophy.

Our gin tasting experience is perfect for team building, team bonding, networking and employee incentive days. Let us unravel the history of gin, as we take your guests on a juniper journey where you sample and savour a selection of gins; each one revealing it’s on unique flavour and story.

What’s InvolvedIn this interactive tasting and mixology format, guests are introduced to the skills of nosing and tasting small batch gins, to detect origin, quality and botanicals of a range of premium distillers. Participants are then invited to re-create a range of gin cocktails for the scrutiny of our mixologist.

We prepare the format to suit the event. Our laser clay pigeon shooting hire is a sport that can be enjoyed by all. The players use a modified shotgun to fire an infrared beam at clays launched from a conventional clay launcher. The laser system control scoreboard generates the shotgun ‘bang’ and when a player hits the target it reproduces the sound of a breaking clay.

What’s InvolvedEach laser clay pigeon session includes five participants who will receive expert tutelage on basic marksmanship principles. The gun fires an infra red beam at the target and if the target is hit, this registers on the scoring system complete with sound effects. An indicator on the gun instantly tells the player whether they have hit or missed the target. Spectators and players can see the score of each player on the large electronic scoreboard.

Not only is laser clay pigeon shooting hire environmentally safe, but as the guns are deactivated, there is no danger to participants or spectators, and even young children can play total safety.

Race NightsLooking for a night with a difference? We bring all the excitement of a ‘Day At The Races’ to your venue. Unlike any other event, this guarantees to get everyone into a frenzy, cheering on their horse to pass the winners post first.

What’s InvolvedAfter dinner, our clerk of the course will explain the format of the evening while our friendly tote staff distribute the fun money and form guides.

Once the evening begins the tot booths are declared open for the first race and guests are invited to “place their bets”. After the first race has finished, the winnings are paid then the betting begins for the next race. The objective of the evening is to accumulate as much money as possible to secure a place on the winner’s podium.

A RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) Treasure Hunt is an excellent way of placing groups, whether small or large, into a focused but fun team building environment. This is a high adrenaline event that offers an excellent team bonding experience that is hard to match. Due to their excellent manoeuvrability, these boats are ideal for water-based treasure hunts.

What’s InvolvedEach location on the RIB treasure hunt promises an intriguing challenge for you and the team. Each team of 8-12 are issued with their own skipper, charts, cameras and cryptic clues before heading off into the open water.

Each team will receive a challenge pack containing a state of the art GPS treasure hunt loaded on a mini iPad, which is stuffed with cryptic clues that the team must complete on route to each location.

Team Sailing Days promote cohesion and team development by offering delegates a shared experience in challenging and arduous surroundings. Individuals and teams become actively resourceful and proactive in dealing with real life weather conditions, this in turn can be related to day-to-day problem solving within a business environment.

What’s InvolvedAt the beginning of the Team Sailing experience, guests are given a familiarisation session by the boats’ skipper and crew member. Once confident, each guest is given a role and put to the test. The guests work together to race the 40ft yacht against the elements or better still, race against another boat. This can be done in a half-day experience or over 2 days. During the 2 day experience, guests stay on dry land overnight and enjoy Cowes hospitality before racing the next day back to Gosport.

Based on the legendary BBC TV series, ‘One Man and His Dog’, where your communication skills are challenged to the maximum, Sheep Dog Handling is a great team building activity that works well on its own or as part of a larger Country Pursuits or Multi Activity Day.

What’s InvolvedThis team building activity provides a great opportunity for your guests to experience first-hand the art of sheep dog handling. Using verbal commands, they must help guide working sheep dogs to move Indian Runner Ducks around a challenging course and into a pen.

Our professional handler presents an entertaining, informative and humorous display. He lives on a farm in Wales breeding sheep and training young sheep dogs, many of which go take part in sheep dog trials throughout the UK.

If your event is part of a multi activity day, individual scores will be accumulated in to a team score, adding a competitive edge to your event.

A fast-moving action simulation of the London Stock Exchange, as it used to be. Each syndicate (or team) manage a portfolio of Company Shares, Gold and US Dollar currency, with the objective to maximise the value of their portfolio by the end of the game.

What’s InvolvedStocks and shares trade frantically between syndicates and through the ‘ShareDeal’ brokers at the Share Shop, with current prices displayed on computer screens at the Share Shop and on the large screen. Syndicates track the developing stories in newspapers and on the TV news to guide split second decisions on the purchase or disposal of their shares.

The game runs over a fictitious week of world events. Trading opens on Day 1 when the ‘trading buzzer’ sounds. Syndicates can buy and sell shares through our traders on the Share Shop at the prices displayed or negotiate with other syndicates and trade directly with them.

Soapbox DerbyGet ready to take on our exciting and fast paced Soap Box Derby team building activity, as you and your racing team work together to build their very own human powered F1 Soap box.

What’s InvolvedAll teams must design, build and market their own Soap box cart and race it against the other teams. Whether it’s an F1, rally or cart – you can make your ride your own!

As in reality, much can go wrong, so testing and modification are a continuous process, as is practicing pit stop changes and grid starts. The teams will have to build their car to a set of specifications and these must pass the official testing before allowed on the race track! Safety is paramount and the teams also build a crash helmet for the driver and the pit crew.

When all the team’s racing cars have passed the ‘scrutiny test’ then the racing begins. Teams take turns to line up on the grid for a number of races, to test the skill and speed of the driver and the pit crew. They will race head to head with other teams and must complete the pit stop challenge where they change wheels part way through the racing. The activity concludes with race qualification to determine grid positions. Finally, the Grand Prix moment has arrived.



All endeavours will be over in a flash as the lights go out and

the teams compete for the chequered flag!

Our Strictly Go Dancing activity is suitable for all ages and abilities, designed as a corporate dance event. Inspired by the BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing TV series, we offer a fun corporate team building activity that is suitable for conference entertainment or team away days.

What’s InvolvedUnder the expert tutelage of our professional choreographers, each team will be taught the different dance steps that they will be required to learn. Once the dancers have mastered the dance moves and can move gracefully across the floor, their performance will start to take shape. Team work and support is the key to ensure all the delegates can dance their way to success.

Once the moves are agreed, and the dance routines confirmed the teams will couple up and start to work on polishing their dance routine and putting the finishing touches to a winning performance.

After a session of intense activity, it is now time for the delegates to demonstrate what they have learned and wow the judges! Motivation, concentration and focus will all be key in this corporate team building event and will be vital in achieving success.

Teams are tasked with creating an original idea to present to our ‘Dragons’, trying to tempt them to invest in their new business concept and company, with an offer of equity in return for cash. Scoring is judged by the entire audience to establish the best team effort overall.

What’s InvolvedFollowing an introduction and a personalised brief from our host, guests work in teams to brainstorm ideas for an original product or service to put to the Dragons during the final part of the event. The brief may contain specific directives to suit your own event objectives and can stipulate other key requirements.

Each team receives a set of stationery material and props to assist them in preparing an ‘eye-catching’ presentation to promote their idea. At least 90 minutes is normally allowed for preparation. Teams then take to the stage in turn, with one or more members given around two minutes to put their ‘live pitch’ to the Dragons. This concludes with a proposal for their target investment amount and their offer for equity in return. The Dragons now begin to question the candidate(s) about their idea/product, often exposing serious shortcomings of feasibility, practicality and potential profit. If there is an ‘interest’ from one or more Dragons, final negotiations can be made before accepting or rejecting any hypothetical offer.
