    The Users Guide to Acumen

    Fuse

    Max 20 Delegates

    Per Course

    Course Duration:

    1 day

Course Overview:Acumen Fuse is a schedule diagnostics tool that pinpoint and resolves shortcomings in a

schedule in a matter of minutes. No more time is wasted on manual validation techniques that

take your project team away from their core project work. Fuse provides the power to analyse,

visualise and optimise the quality of project schedule, cost and risk data in order to analyse the

    past and optimise the future.

It is important that users gain a full appreciation of Fuse through a structured learning process.

This will enable users to fully appreciate the flexibility and benefits when analysing schedules.

The course is a practical hands-on training course using the Fuse application supported byexplanatory presentations. The course will use example project data relevant to the delegates

background and experience. Informal class discussions will be held focussing on the results

    obtained and the approaches taken.

This course describes each area of Fuse Version 4 and includes the ability to analyse stand-alone

plans and also the ability to compare different versions of a plan using data from different

    source types.

Learning Outcomes:The course / training will enable delegates to:

Be able to import data from a range of file types

Use the in-built metrics library to independently validate the project schedule, forecasts, risks and

    earned value

Highlight changes between different versions of the same project using forensic analysis

Use the Dashboard and Logic Analyser to identify problem areas

Use the Acumen Cloud to benchmark your project against other similar projects.
