If bringing food please makesure it’s NUT FREE, nutritious and doesn't require heating or cooking.Please be mindful of the planned incursion/excursion and ensure your children are dressedappropriately. Before making your booking & cancellations

All children must be enrolled with Primary OSHCare prior tobooking via primaryoshcare.com.au. Bookings made within5 days for a Vacation Care session will incur an extra chargeof $10.00 per day per child. 7 days notice is required forcancellation of a Vacation Care booking to ensure you willnot incur out of pocket costs. Please note that bookingscannot be made online within 5 days of the sessioncommencing. In order to book within this period, you willneed to contact the service directly, the Customer Serviceand Billing Team on 1300 832 695 or by emailingcustomerservice@primaryoshcare.com.au

Child care subsidy

Our services are registered with Centrelink,so you will be able to claim Child CareSubsidy on your fees. For further informationplease visithttps://www.education.gov.au/childcare-FAQ . In order to claim Childcare Subsidy forVacation Care, we must have the CRN andDate of Birth of you and your child/ren. If wedo not have this information, full fees willapply.

Children with additional needs

We support all children includingchildren with additional needs. Ifyou would like to provideadditional information aboutyour child and his/her needs orrequire inclusion supportfunding, please contact us 6weeks prior to programcommencement on 0430 369 288for staffing purposes.
