Tier-2 Manager – Enrollment & Start-Up

1. Registering new Rep: New Rep is in front of computer for 1-hour• Start-up: $185 Licensed / $189 Non-Licensed* (*Includes ExamFX on-line pre-license training.)• Needs credit card & resident life insurance license number.

• Go to VF-University and watch Fast Start School & Promotion Guidelines videos

• Any questions about the Promotion Guidelines will be answered on the Tier-4 appointment.

4. Set Tier-3 “FNA Fact Finder” appt. within 48 hours of this appointment.

• Both videos must be watched prior to Tier-3.

• Invite the Rep’s spouse/significant-other to the FNA to get the full benefit & understanding of the importance of how we help others and to take advantage of this meeting personally.

• If spouse/significant-other will be at the Tier-3, send them the intro email to review before the Tier-3.

5. Set Tier-4 “Pre-launching Your Business” within 24 hours after the Tier-3 appointment

• Advise Inviter to confirm their licensing and carrier appointments in the new rep’s state to earn commissions on sales from the new rep’s state.

Tier-3 Financial Professional – The FNA Fact Finder

1. Before the Tier-3 the Financial Professional reads ALL Notes.

2. Manager calls Financial Professional and adds the new Rep to the call.*

• *If Tier 3(client): Inviter calls Financial Professional and adds new Rep to the call.

• Manager (or Inviter) edifies and introduces Financial Professional.

• If Tier 3(client) or (pivot), skip Step 3.

3. Manager asks new Rep: “Did you watch both videos in their entirety?” (The Fast Start School and the Promotion Guidelines)

• If “NO”

• Manager reschedules Tier 3.

• Manager records this in the CRM Notes.

• If “YES”• Manager: “Great. I’ll answer any questions about the FSS & Promo Guidelines on your Tier 4.”

4. Manager (or Inviter) leaves call and Financial Professional calls new Rep/Client(Note: If comfortable for new Rep/Client, Manager or Inviter may stay on the call to observe & learn.)

• Financial Professional proceeds with the Tier-3 FNA as outlined in VF University.

• If this is a PIVOT (or a Client who has not yet been sent a book), ask for their Address to send book to; enter in CRM Notes and SAVE NOTE RIGHT AWAY. (Inviter/Manager sends book.)

• Financial Professional Schedules the Tier-5 Recommend and records the Date & Time in CRM Notes.

• Financial Professional Notes Rep’s suitability for plan(s) in Notes section of the CRM.

3. Add the Rep as 1st contact in their CRM

• Then ask, “If, on your Tier 5 appt (Tomorrow) , (Financial Professional)’s recommendation includes a plan that is suitable for you, will you want to use it towards your first Training Sale?”

6. Go to their contact in your CRM.

• Record their answer to above question in your CRM Notes.

• Set the 30-Day timer in your CRM, then do the same in the Rep’s CRM.

7. Homework: Add 20 additional records to the CRM with all required information.

2. Financial Professional outlines plans that are suitable for the Rep/Client.

• If person is a Rep: “Based on the notes from the Manager, I see you would like to use your suitable plan towards your Training Sales.”

• “The plan I designed provides you and your family with the coverage and living benefits” (if IUL: “and tax-advantaged cash accumulation,”) “that is suitable for the needs, budget and goals you shared with me in our first FNA appointment.”

2. Start Launch-20 w/ Manager Assist calls.

• Manager logs into Rep’s CRM.

• Check for 20 Contacts w/ 3+ Data Points each & Notes

• If not 20 or notes not complete, start with what is there:

• Qualify each, based on Relationship, Data Points & Notes

• Add prospects and/or fix notes 1 by 1, as needed

• Make Manager Assist calls to each, 1 by 1, as added or fixed.

• Rep dials with Manager on hold; Rep then merges the calls

• As Rep & Manager make calls, Rep is watching Manager’s screen and is learning the CRM:

• Updating Notes, Sending Email, Scheduling Appointments & Tasks, Dump & Flush, etc.
