“Semi-structured interviews were used in the study as data collection tools” (Toman, Gurbuz, & Cimer, 2013, p. 79). Five teachers were interviewed and they were picked based on, “Purposeful sampling…” (Toman, Gurbuz, & Cimer, 2013, p. 78). Three of the teachers were female and two were male. Each teacher had different amounts of teaching experience, some had taught longer than others.
