SACE 2013• A record 13,558 students gained their SACE, an increase of 154

students on 2012. • 93.4 per cent of students completed the certificate, compared

to 92.2 per cent in 2012. • SACE Board data also shows more students completing higher-

level vocational qualifications with their SACE. • More than 1,000 students counted a Certificate III or higher

qualification towards their SACE, with 5,558 students undertaking some Vocational Education and Training (VET), up 10 per cent on 2012.

• The number of Aboriginal students completing Year 12 also reached a record high, climbing to 238 students, up from 180 in 2012.
