Vyral Marketing Membership Agreement

The Vyral Marketing Program includes establishing a professional online presence followed by 1 monthly thirty (30) minute phone interview to record 2 short educational Q&A videos for your customers. We then edit, optimize, and promote your videos to your database by email and social media – with a report of those who watched your videos tracked by email technology – so you increase referrals and repeat business. Additionally, we will call up to 4 of your customers a month to secure success stories for your website and encourage more online reviews, in addition to helping you implement one of our many extra strategies determined by Vyral Marketing from time to time. The program includes, but is not limited to, the one-time build fee and membership outlined below:

Vyral Marketing Membership Agreement

Vyral Marketing Program Contract Terms and Conditions

1. I agree that the term of this contract is a twelve (12) month period starting 30 days from the date this agreement is executed. This contract will continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled or terminated by either party in writing.

2. I agree to give Vyral Marketing 30 days' notice upon cancelling this agreement after 1 year. I understand that a cancelation or termination notice must be in writing and faxed to 1-800-323-9974 or emailed to billing@getvyral.com.

3. I understand that in the event of a default of payment of any installment due, all services will be suspended at Vyral Marketing’s option and I remain liable for the full contract price, which will become immediate due and payable in full.

4. I understand Vyral Marketing may terminate this agreement for any non-payment that is not received within ten (10) days of the date upon which it is due.

5. I understand a negative credit report reflecting my credit record may be submitted to a credit reporting agency if I don't honor this agreement.

6. I agree to pay all attorneys' expenses to enforce of this agreement or in collecting money I owe to Vyral Marketing.

7. I understand that if I do not fulfill the terms of this agreement and the debt is in control of a collection agency I accept to service by mail and legal jurisdiction in Douglas County, Nebraska.

8. I agree to pay a late fee of $35 if a payment is not processed within 10 days of missed payment.

9. I agree all my calls with Vyral Marketing may be recorded or monitored to make sure I'm getting the best service possible.

10. I understand it is my responsibility to schedule a 30 minute phone call with my Vyral Marketing Success Coach and Vyral Marketing is not responsible to follow up to schedule this monthly phone call.

11. I agree to respond to all correspondence, which includes phone calls, text messages, and email from Vyral Marketing within 48 business hours to reduce costly follow-up communication expenses.

12. I agree to submit my picture, logo, email database(s), and first 2 educational videos within 14 days from execution of this agreement to launch my first video to my database within 30 days.

13. I understand Vyral Marketing makes no guarantee of a specific financial return and your results may vary based on the quality or size of your database, consistency and quality of videos published, and the follow up with your database for referrals and repeat business.

14. I understand I will follow The Vyral Marketing System first before implementing any extra strategies, which includes adding 3 people a day to my database, recording 2 videos on a monthly Success Interview, and calling the people who watch my videos for business.
