• Find a date

• Create an agenda• Ask for staff input

• Notify customers/clients that you will be closed for that day• Let them know you’re in a planning meeting! They will appreciate it.

• Field input to the agenda between now and the War Room• New ideas will continue to come up, and you should accept any

input from staff members. It could just end up being a game-changer!
