California-based DeCarta holds a variety of data pertaining to mapping,

local search and turn-by-turn navigation. Its global location based

GM OnStar, Ford Sync, Samsung, Inrix, Blackberry and over 25 mobile

operators worldwide.

‘X’ app currently gets it’s mapping from a number of sources including

google,apple and ‘X‘ itself.
