Dear Father Lopez Families:

As you already know, we have experienced another water problem in the education building.

We are grateful that this episode seems to be far less devastating than the previous water

damage. We are contracted with a restoration agency and they have begun the process of

removing the water and cleaning the area. At this time, we are expecting to resume classes

on Monday.

The faculty and staff worked today to revise next week’s exam schedule. It is attached here.

We decided to re-arrange things so that each class would have an opportunity to meet with

their teacher for one last time just prior to the exam. Please note that the exam days are basi-

cally the same. For those with special arrangements, there should be little adjustment. Also

note that we will be dismissing a little earlier on Wednesday. We made these changes to en-

sure the best chance of success for our students.

Please pray for all involved in the restoration process. It is difficult work and we are thankful

to have experts on site to manage and repair the damage. If we are not able to open on Mon-

day, we well send something out over the weekend, but we are expecting to be back in

school.

Peace be with you,

Leigh Svajko
