The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(1) of the Government Resourcesand Accounts Act 2000(1), and having consulted the National Assembly for Wales where they havethought it appropriate, make the following Order:

Title and Commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order2007 and shall come into force on 11th June 2007.

Designation

2. The bodies listed in the Schedule to this Order are designated in respect of the financialyear ending on 31st March 2007 for the purposes of section 10 of the Government Resources andAccounts Act 2000.
