1) Prove you are wise by doing what God has told you to do.

Let him show it by his good life, by deeds done…

2) Your obedience must be clothed with humility which comes from God’s wisdom.

…by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom.

3) You must remove bitterness and jealousy from your hearts.

… if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth.

Humility: Yielding oneself to God, His ways, and to others for God’s

glory and honor.

4) You must remove selfish ‘me-centered’ defensiveness

from your heart.

5) You must acknowledge that bitterness, jealousy &

selfishness are of the devil – not of God.

… Such “wisdom” does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, of the

devil.

Requirements of God’s Wisdom
