2018 SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM

INSTRUCTIONS:

Please carefully read the requirements of this application. Applicant must be a female graduating senior from a Denver Metro-area high school. The completed, typed application and all supporting documents must be postmarked or emailed by February 3, 2018. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. nor the Z Community Foundation will be responsible for applications or supporting documents that are sent through 3 rd parties and do not have a postmark on or before February 3, 2018. Please use the checklist below to verify that all required documentation is included with the application.

This application is also available in MS Word on our website http://zphibzzz.org/scholarship.php and can be filled out electronically. Please note that proper spelling and grammar is considered in the application review process. Applications postmarked or emailed after February 3, 2018 at 11:59 pm Mountain Time will not be considered. Handwritten applications and applications that do not fulfill the checklist requirements will be disqualified.
