THEATRE BRANCH WORKSHOPS. The first 3 workshops focus on the IDTA set syllabus and are ideal for member teachers and provisional members (Pre-Associates) - students may attend and watch these workshops. Members and their students may select, in advance to participate in any or all of the three numbered workshops starting at 1.30pm. There will be separate designated student and member teacher seating areas.

Entry Conditions – Ballroom & Theatre Lectures

IDTA Members - Ballroom, Freestyle and Theatre Branches. Entry to all the workshops is free on production of their

2018 membership cards. Theatre Branch member teachers who wish to participate in the afternoon workshops must book a place on the floor, in advance, please complete form above. Floor places cannot be booked on the day.

IDTA Provisional members - Ballroom, Freestyle and Theatre Branches. Entry is £15.00 for the day.

Theatre Branch provisional members who wish to participate in the workshops must book a place on the floor, in advance, please complete form above. Floor places cannot be booked on the day.

Members’ spouses/partners - Entry £30 for the day, please book in advance

Non member qualified dance teachers from recognised dance teaching association - Entry £30 for the day.

Students - Ballroom and Freestyle Branch workshops. Members may sponsor up to 3 students, 16 years and over to attend the workshops. Students must be accompanied by the member teacher. Entry fee £30 per person for the day. Please note attendance at a professional teaching conference will result in a loss of amateur status for students. Please book in advance

Students - Theatre Branch workshops. Members may sponsor up to 3 students who must be 16 years or over or hold a current Intermediate Performers Award Card. Students aged 13-15 years, who do not hold an Intermediate Performers Award Card may attend to watch the lectures only. Students must be accompanied by the member teacher. Entry fee £30 per person for the day to participate or watch. Tickets must be booked in advance, please complete form above. Floor places cannot be booked on the day.

All members and students are advised that they participate in the workshops at their own risk. Anyone taking part in the workshops should ensure they have sufficient space around them when practicing or performing.
