    Why do we charge a booking fee?On selected shows a £1.50 per ticket booking feeis charged and included in the advertised ticketprice. For many incoming productions, the majorityof the ticket income is paid to the ProductionCompany or Promoter. The booking fee is entirelyretained by the venue.

    Disability facilities•Drop curb at the front of building. •One level access from the front door to wheel-chair seating. •There is a disabled toilet at the rear of the stalls. •We welcome both seeing and hearing guidedogs. A bowl of water can be provided.•An infra-red sound enhancement system for thehard of hearing has been installed for use with orwithout a hearing aid. Hearing Loop availablefrom the confectionary kiosk.•To enhance your safety and comfort, we requirepatrons in wheelchairs to book a designatedwheelchair space. A dedicated number of seatsand a companion are integrated within the mainbody of the seating. A maximum of 5 wheelchairscan be accommodated per event at The PrincessTheatre. You must call the box office to bookwheelchair and companion seats this cannot bedone online.

    ConcessionsWhere indicated, concessions are available on ourtop prices for children (anyone aged 14 andbelow), senior citizens (60+), students, wheelchairusers and members of the forces. Identification maybe required.

    TheatreTicket prices will vary depending on the show.Group/party prices may be introduced accordingto the policy of the visiting company. ‘Restrictedview’ seats will count as a concession.

    Circle and boxesPlease note when booking seats upstairs that wedo not have a lift. It is also a requirement thatBoxes are booked as a whole. That is if you wishto take advantage of a box you are required topurchase all four available seats.

    Toilet FacilitiesAll toilet facilities are situated on the ground floor.

    Supporting actsSupporting acts are regularly used by producers tostart a show and warm up the audience before themain act. The Princess Theatre does not know ifsupport acts will be used at the time of printing thisbrochure. Patrons are therefore advised thatsupport acts may be used at the discretion of theproducing management. For further informationpatrons may enquire at the box office on theafternoon of the performance.

  • Babes in arms policyBabes in arms (children aged 2 years and under)will be admitted free of charge to all live shows butmust sit on an adult’s lap. Parents and/orsupervisors are responsible for supervising childrenin their care at all times. All other children requiretheir own tickets at full price, if no child conces-sions are available. For cinema, babes in arms willonly be allowed entry to (U) and (PG) rated films.•Baby changing facilities are available. Please aska staff member for details.

    Booster cushionsAs the theatre only has a limited supply of boostercushions, parents are welcome to bring their ownwhen accompanying children to see a show.
