WYDHAM'S TEATERLocated in Charing Cross Road in

the City of Westminster, it was

designed by Sprague (the

architect of six other London

theatres), for 759 people on

three floors but now after the

works of restructuring

there are four .

GARRICK THEATRE Its name is a tribute to David

Garrick (1717-1779), considered

the greatest English actor. It was

inaugurated on April 24, 1889

with a performance of The

Profligate of Arthur Wing Pinero

with Sir John Hare. it can

accommodate up to 732 persons

and was designed by architect

Walter Emden with C. J. Phipps.

The Arts Theatre is an independent

commercial theatre which provide a

dynamic programme of

entertainment of all genres. This

theatre is situated in Westminster, it

was designed by architect P. Morley

Holder, it was opened on 5 June 1913

and it represented the opera " The

Pajama Men", interpreted by Shenoah

Allen and Mark Chavez.

THE PALACE THEATER

The Palace Theatre London is located at the

intersection between Charing Cross Road and

Shaftesbury Avenue. Built in 1891, the Palace

Theatre was designed by Thomas Edward

Collcutt and commissioned by Richard D’Oyly

Carte. Finally this theatre can accommodate

up for 1400 peoples, maybe the theatre with

more places respect with the pervious ones..

The most famous musicals are:

Les Miserable, Dirty Dancing, The

Phantom of Opera, Mamma Mia,

and The Witches of Eastwick.

LES MISERABLESLes miserables also known by the

diminutive Les Miz, is a musical

written in 1980 by Claude Michel

Schonberg and Alain Boubil.. After that, this opera has been translated into English; this New version gets an unprecedented success in the West End.

soprano Christine Daaé.

Johnson. It is based on the

songs of ABBA; the title of

the musical resumes their

famous song “mamma mia”

of 1975.

THE WITCHES OF EASTWICH is he latest musical production of

Cameron Mackintosh. It has a rich history of magic, where

magical things happen and appearances are deceiving. It is a

modern musical comedy, smart, sexy and full of catchy songs,

with spectacular sets and creates the magical world of Eastwick,

the New England town where three bored housewives dream

innocently and evoke the man of their dreams . But there comes

a certain Quandi Darryl Van Horne, who seems the embodiment

of their desires, pandemonium breaks loose and witches have so

much fun to fly over the moon.
