Executive SummaryTheBehaviourReport.com is a combination of research, publishing and internet technology, in providing qualitative and quantitative market research data and publications for business and market intelligence. TheBehaviourReport.com focuses on BEHAVIOUR, as this is the reason why market research exists and wants to understand. TheBehaviourReport.com conducts and hosts surveys primarily online through its website, having a physical presence for those surveys requiring this. TheBehaviourReport.com was founded by Oscar Manduku in 2009, as a teenage behaviour survey conducted nationally under the auspices of Youth Encounter, whence he was National Director. TheBehaviourReport.com became a publication, company, and commercial innovation in 2010, with Dedani Ngwenya and Oscar Manduku investing into the business.  Dedani Ngwenya (Chairman), 33 years, based in Australia, is a qualified architect, project manager, and networking engineer with 10 years’ experience. Oscar Manduku (Publisher), 33 years, based in Harare, is a publishing entrepreneur with 16 years’ experience up to senior management level and consultancies in internet technology, marketing and communications, publishing, retailing, manufacturing, research, having worked for organisations like Zimpapers, Trinidad Industries, Youth Encounter, UNESCO, Innov8 Inspiration Group, just to name a few. He is founder of iNduku – The Creative Group (WebolutionsOS.com & MarketDYNAMIX), chairman of The Advertising & Publicity Club of Harare, and author of Everyone Online and Beyond*REBELLION.  TheBehaviourReport.com works with independent consultants that guide the research and publishing team to create and deploy projects and products. The consultants include Caleb Musodza, GM Marketing & Sales for Schweppes Zimbabwe, Musekiwa Samuriwo, Creative Consultant with Talent Scout, Brian Chiwanda a Retail Consultant, and Fitzgerald Mujuru a Marketing Consultant.

Our Online ServicesStep 1 – The Questionnaire: After thinking of the survey you want, we help you build a questionnaire of, at most, twenty questions – easy to answer. This is done over a few meetings and/or emails to produce a draft, set objectives, and deliverables.

Step 2 – Going Online: Give us a few days to put the questionnaire onto our website, and start developing the analysis software, all unique to your requirements. This is done online, and the link to your questionnaire can be a private one, not visible to the public, or it can be visible to the public.  Step 3 – Survey Promotion: We both have a mandate to forward the link to mailing lists to collect the data. This can take more than a week, depending on sample size, territory, subject, and other qualitative issues. We have mailing lists of over 12,000 people spread across Zimbabwe, and have access to more through our partners. STEP 4 – The Analysis: All data is gathered then automatically incorporated into an easy-to-use analysis software for you, including standard reports – graphs and charts with sample information. This takes a few days. STEP 5 – The Behaviour Report: Start using your data by making simple queries in your software.
