the new public buidling extends the existing city fabric.

an historical axis is created.

The resulting space is bounded by the architecture

facade. its scale compliment with its new function in

the city fabric.

The new public space designed is not a square, it is

a parvis. Indeed it is attached to a building and its

purpose is to enlighten it.

part of the roof is covered with solar panels. the roof pitch and its south orientation gather the perfect conditions for the PV panels technology.

the double skin energy savingfacade wraps the building : it helps to cool down the in-side spaces in summer and to better insulate the building in winter.

ECOLOGY = COMPACTICITY

the structure follows one di-rection: it is a reference com-ponent. the structure is chrome coat-ed to reflect the surroundings and let the sunlight enter the building.

the concert halls are linked together. the audience rec-reations lounge is a balcony opening toward the parvis.

the opening to public spaces benefit from the view toward the ‘parvis’.Operations are located behind the stage, open to the back-yard.
