A delightful Polo tail-gating event was held on November 19, 2016 at Gurgaon Polo and Equestrian Club (GPEC). The event saw the participation of three teams – M3M Royal Roosters, BlackTails and GPEC. After three hard-fought games of action-packed Polo which witnessed some serious competition, M3M Royal Roosters ruled the day. The event was attended by close to 220 people who witnessed not just the Royal Sport at its elegant best, but were also part of the after-event tail-gating experience. The event was a part of our initiative, in association with GPEC, to extend a full-fledged Polo living experience to our Polo Suite customers.

PRIORITIES AND TIME MANAGEMENT GREEN BUILDING

The world sees Steve Jobs, Mark Zuckerberg, Mahatma Gandhi and Barack Obama as highly productive people but there are simple habits that sets them apart from the crowd and makes them the best in their craft.Here’s an insight into some of them:

They know their prioritiesInstead of gossiping with people, successful people tend to learn a new concept or a new skill. Instead of watching television, they read autobiographies. Instead of eating junk they prefer to hit the gym. And instead of partying every weekend they prefer to do charity every once in a while. Successful people believe in working for the society and not for their own self.

They are excellent Time managersThe one thing that highly successful and productive people invest in is TIME. They know that not everything is urgent all the time. Here’s a breakdown of how some of them deal with everyday tasks:

People who spend most of their time in Quadrant I usually have stressful lives because they have to respond to tight deadlines, they need to solve crisis and have to put out fires constantly.

People who spend most of their time in Quadrant III usually have a short term focus and feel out of control.

The Quadrant IV is all about time wasters or activities that don't provide any value (TV, video games, internet surfing...).

Quadrant II is THE quadrant where you want to spend more time. It is the quadrant of planning, preparation, balance and pro-activity. It can help you reduce the time you spend on urgent things overtime.

I highly recommend a tool named WEEKPLAN to people having problems with time management and low productivity.

They step out of their comfort zoneYou can never grow if you do what you are comfortable doing. Moving out of your comfort zone makes you expand your limits, transforms you mentally and makes you ace what you initially thought was impossible. This also implies the fact that they face their fears first thing in the morning.

They make it fun and self-talk every once in a whileIf you have fun in what you do, you really don’t care what’s happening around you. Think like a child playing on the swings out there. No matter whether he falls, someone is fighting near him or even if it starts raining, he just does not stop playing simply because he is having fun. Secondly, if you feel down motivate yourself with self-talk.

structures. A Green Building is an

environmentally sustainable building - designed, constructed and operated to

minimize environmental impacts. The design aims to minimize resources and

maximize their utilization efficiency when in use during construction. Over 3,000 Green Building projects, amounting to over 2.63 billion sq.ft. are part of the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) making India the second country in the world with largest Green Building footprint. INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT INDIANCURRENCY

1. In India, currency has existed in the form of coinage since sixth century BC. The Ancient, the Medieval and the Mughal India used currency in the form of coinage.

2. Sher Shah Suri's Rupiya became the precursor of the modern rupee.

3. Paper money was first issued in the late eighteenth century. Bank of Hindostan, General Bank in Bengal and the Bengal Bank were the first issuers of paper currency.

4. India's first set of notes during the British period was the Victoria portrait series. For security reasons the notes were cut in half; one half was sent by post, on confirmation of receipt the other half was sent. They were replaced by the Underprint series in 1867.

5. The RBI was inaugurated in 1935 with the authority to issue Government of India notes. The first note issued by the RBI was a five rupee note which had King George VI's portrait.

6. 10,000 rupees is the highest denomination RBI has printed in its history. 1,000 rupees and 10,000 rupees notes were in circulation between 1938 and 1946.

7. After independence, one rupee note was the first banknote that was printed.

8. 1,000 rupees, 5,000 rupees and 10,000 rupees notes were reintroduced in 1954 and eventually demonetized in 1978.

9. 1 paise, 2 paise, 3 paise, 5 paise, 10 paise, 20 paise and 25 paise denominations were in circulation till June 30, 2011 before they were withdrawn.

10. Mahatma Gandhi (MG) series notes introduced in 1996 were replaced by the MG series 2005 notes with additional security features.

11. Evening of November 8, 2016 marked a bold move by our Government and Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Prime Minister Narendra Modi removed currency notes of values ₹ 500/- and ₹ 1000/- effective midnight. Government introduced new tenders of the values ₹ 500/- and ₹ 2,000/. LOVE, LAUGH
