JUNIOR KINDERGARTEN [email protected]

We had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine's

Day last week! A big high light for the children

was our Post Office station. They could make

valentines for their friends and deliver them to

their very own Post Office box. This was a

great way to show love for our friends. This

week we will continue with our love theme and

our letter of the week will be “L,l” for

love. We will look at what the bible says about

love and hide those words in our hearts. In

Bible, our stories will focus on God's protection

for his people. Our memory verse for the next

few weeks is Hebrews 13:5b-6a, "God has said,

'Never will I leave you; never will I forsake

you.' So we say with confidence, 'the Lord is my

helper; I will not be afraid.'" Thank you for

sending in your family photos! Due to some

scheduling changes, I am postponing our family

unit until after March Break.

Special Note to 5 Day JK & SK

Our 100th day of school is not too far away!

We look forward to celebrating this day

together with lots of Math and counting

activities. Continue to collect 100 items in a

Ziploc bag and bring it into school if you have

SENIOR KINDERGARTEN [email protected]

This week we are working with the letter ‘L,l’.

Our sight words for the week are ‘look’ and

‘like’.

This week we will wrap up our polar bear

investigation. We are learning many interesting

facts about this amazing creature!

Our Memory verse for the next few weeks

comes from Psalm 56:3,4 - “ When I am afraid, I

will trust in You. In God, whose word I praise,

in God I trust; I will not be afraid.” This verse

fits in nicely with our Bible stories as we learn

about the lives of Saul and David - the first two

kings of Israel.

Special Note to 5 Day JK & SK
