invite you for the International Conference on Women's

Health and AMOGS Zonal Conference at Loni,

Ahmednagar, Maharashtra.

The theme and the subthemes of the conference have been

aptly chosen, so as to cover women's health issues in

comprehensive and holistic manner. Many areas that remain

neglected during speciality conferences are being included in

the scientific programme.

Fifteen foreign faculties, from ten different countries,

working in the area of women's health will participate in the

conference and share their experiences on various issues

related to women's health.

The participation in the scientific deliberations will definitely

enrich the delegates with recent advances in the field of

Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Reproductive health and

Maternal health. The scientific programme and social get

together is being organized, so as to make the event a most

Registration is mandatory for all participants. Delegates are

requested to fill up the registration form available on the website and

pay the registration fee as mentioned below. Registration fees to be

paid by cash /money transfer/net banking/ RTGS. The payment

details should be sent to conference secretariat for confirmation of

registration. The registration fees structure and bank details are

shown in the tables below. Confirmation of registration and

registration number will be sent by e-mail. The receipt of the fees

will be provided at the registration counter on the day of the

conference. Postgraduate students will have to submit the certificate

from the head of the department.

Abstract Submission and Poster Presentation Guidelines

Delegate Accommodation

Registered delegate can present one poster related to the conference theme /subtheme. The poster abstract should be submitted using “IMRaD”format, type written in Times New Roman with a font size 12 using single spacing. The word limit for the abstract is 200 words.

E-mail abstract to with copy to Last date of submission of abstract is 15th October 2019. Posters will be judged by team of experts. Prizes will be awarded to three best posters . Each presenter will get 5 minutes for poster presentation, which will be followed by discussion for 3 minutes

There are many comfortable budget hotels at Shirdi, which is 26 km away from the conference venue. The delegates are requested to make own arrangements for their stay. This will allow them to choose the hotel of their choice. Information about the hotels, the facilities and tariff is available online.
