ThermaScope® SLK Infrared Camera FunctionsThis infrared radiometric (temperature measuring) camera is a unique rugged
instrument which sends real-time thermal images and unlimited temperature
data from the inside of the kiln or clinker bed to the plant control room. As fuel
flow, operating conditions or fuel quality change, this data gives operators a
clear image and instantaneous temperatures at any point within its field of view.
ThermaScope® SoftwareLabels display the thermal properties within any specified areas of interest and
can also trigger alarms to warn of unwanted temperature extremes and process
variation. Direct external outputs enable interfacing and automated control.
This is a key factor in the efficient and safe operation of a kiln operation and the
ability to accurately monitor the combustion process.
ThermaScope software provides operators advanced analysis with unlimited
simultaneous spot and area of interest measurements, thermal profiles, image
storage, differential temperatures, live and historic data trending, highlights and
much more.
ThermaScope® HTV Infrared CameraThe lower cost ThermaScope HTV (High Temperature Video) provides high
quality images direct to a monitor in the control room allowing plant engineers
to observe movement of clinker through the production process. Depending
on ThermaScope HTV’s installation, this could be monitoring the clinker falling
from the kiln or flowing through the cooler.
