Our state of the art infrared thermal imaging cameras allow our engineers to detect a host of potential faults while the equipment is operating normally. Applications include:

Electrical switch gear, breakers, bus connections, terminations and contacts Fuses worn or badly fitting Some motor stator winding defects (hot spots) SCR defects

Capacitor bank defects

Spot welder problems

MIG welder controller diode problems

Transformer connections Mechanical couplings on rotating equipment Process piping and heat exchangers Compressor heads Bearings Friction in drive gears and drive belts Refractory defects (e.g. boilers, kilns, molten material containment) Steam traps and piping insulation Tank levels and insulation problems The risks associated with not carrying out infrared thermal imaging inspections can be horrendous to contemplate. Electrical defects left unrepaired can lead to burnt contacts or even a catastrophic fire.

Be proactive fix the minor faults before they become major faults.
