Very happy to help on writing a recommendation.. It is no trouble - I know it is a very daunting process! You were great from start to finish - you took our thoughts on board and spent a lot of time thinking it through to meet our objectives about light and space and flow -in fact, both my husband and I would say you greatly added to this in ways we could not imagine. -We were very happy with the builders and his team, and think the standard to work was very high. We are very happy to recommend him.- As you know there was a lot of to and fro-ing over the design as we took a while to make up our minds as to how far to go with our plans, and we did have some issues with our neighbours.- You were very patient throughout, and very quick to resolve any problems. Every time I queried something, or wasn't sure, you were very helpful and, I have to admit, usually spot on.- I think we worked well as a team and would only add that it is important to communicate and be straightforward, as it can be a long process, and there are inevitable ups and downs.- I know we were only one of your clients at the time, so you probably had to do a lot of juggling, but we were very pleased with how the build went and the final result.- We have not had the house valued since the work, but we are confident that it was a very good investment financially, as well as greatly enhancing our quality of life.
