“They did great work! They even fixed a situation with the gas com-pany by getting them out quicker, and not getting me charged the fees for the gas co.’s work. They’re good people.” - Brian (KCK)

A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF JFDENNEYThe safety of our staff and customers has been our top priority since our Company was founded in 1952. The type of services that we provide often puts us in dangerous situations: • Repairing sewer lines that are 18’ deep • Installing Roof Top Units on downtown buildings • Cleaning sewer lines in basements that have raw sewage on the floor • Working on ladders replacing a deck • Driving between service calls each and every day – which is probably the most dangerous thing that we do!That is why we stress safety each and every day – both formally and informally. This “safety culture” is why I feel confident that we can continue to serve you during this COVID-19 virus crisis without missing a beat. You will notice some changes in the way we provide you service during the coming months. • Before sending out a technician to your home we will ask you if you have any COVID-19 symptoms or have been around anyone that has • We will not shake your hand (which is a hard one for me!) • We will do our best to keep a safe distance from you and your family • We will wash and sanitize our hands and tools between every service call • We sanitize our office multiple times throughout the day • And of course, we encourage everyone to practice the basic preventative measures issued by the CDCIf you ever have any concerns about what JFD is doing to keep you safe (not just for this health crisis!), please do not hesitate to call, email or drop by our office to visit.

Sincerely,
