solution to enhance safety and effi ciency during key

phases of production projects. The Completion Hand Over

Management System (CHOMS) is a web-based tool

designed to capture all completion and certifi cation data

for all parts of a project.

Completions Hand Over Management System (CHOMS)

CHOMS has been developed as a multi-purpose completion,

certifi cation and management system enabling a safe,

auditable handover of variable size projects, from design

stage through to completion and handover for ongoing

operations.

Highlights:

• Web-based system which can be accessed globally

• Designed to handle greenfi eld, brownfi eld and turnaround

projects

• Optimised to be shared with the customer and their

contractors and vendors

• Visual presentation of the project hierarchy and status

• Localised storage of documents inclusive of certifi cation,

checklists, punchlists, video inspections and leak test results
