IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Power On
• Turning the Tablet on• You have to hold the power button down for
approximately 5 seconds to boot the system. You will feel a vibration/buzz when it boots up.
• Unlocking the Tablet• Place your finger on the lock icon.
• A larger circle with a lock will appear. Slide the icon to the outside of the circle to unlock the tablet

Screen Power
There are two ways to conserve power on the tablet:
• Screen Power – the backlight can be powered off by tapping the powerbutton. This only tuns off the backlight. The apps are still running andmore importantly, the wifi is still connected. Tapping the power button again will restore the backlight.
The screen backlight is set to automatically power off after 2 minutes.This can be configured in the Screen Settings menu
• Power-off – to power down the tablet, you need to press and hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds

- You can get to this area by holding your finger on the screen for a few seconds (not on an app icon or widget) – or by pushing the Widgets list “+” button at the top right of the home screen

The real label name of an USB key can not be shown. The application always show the name as “USB_Drive” because the android
system does not expose such information. Can not open files directly in the application by simply clicking on the file
icons in the application. This is actually work as design. We may change to open the corresponding files in
next version. A warning window prompting the SD card is read only pops up one-by-one
when a read only SD card is inserted. This is an Android’s system warning. The system pops up the window instead of
the application. Thus this is out of control. 32 GB USB key with FAT32 file system can not be recognized sometimes.
This is a BSP bug. When opening a folder, the icon for the first file in the folder fades in very
slowly if there are too many files. This is a android system performance bottleneck. It’s hard to optimize in the
application.
