This Blending control panel is built to mix 2-3 different pellet products using a motorized auger dispensing system. The motor / auger have a feedback system that is monitoring the speed that the auger is turning. Setting the speed with a comparable ratio to the actual blend 0-100 % of the full mixture will provide a completely control output of the final blend. This has been very reliable for fiber extrusion in the carpet industry. Below are some photos of the control panel.

Newer version of this system are being developed using a single controller with the same control and results.
