REMEMBER:
These showers are designed to be free standing and movable
from their loca on should you have need to replace anything. AL-
WAYS USE Flexible braided water inlet pipes at least a metre long
(not central hea ng plas c type! ) from
house supply to the shower and again flexible waste pipe to join
to your house waste. NEVER fix with rigid pipes, never fix the unit
to the wall.
DURING BUILD, LIKE ALL SHOWERS CORRECT SEALING IS IMPERATIVE.
ALWAYS FIT "EASY TO GET TO TAP VALVES" ON BOTH HOT AND COLD WA-
TER. THE SAME AS A DISHWASHER OR WASHING MACHINE THIS PRODUCT
SHOULD BE ISOLATED WHEN NOT IN USE
NOTE: From me to me these showers may have small differ-
ences from that of these instruc ons. Due to con nuous improve-
ments and upgrades, this should not cause you any inconvenience
just some mes extra common sense needs applying as changes

Your electrical contractor should understand ALL legal require-
ments of connec on before undertaking any work or installa on.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES UNDERTAKE THIS YOURSELF!!!
Note for electrician. This product comes with 13 amp plug(s) fi8ed
with RCD unit. We leave the way you prefer to connect this to your-
self due to con nued addi ons to current regula ons. As at October
2010 we offered two following alterna ves.
1) Connect within current laws and IP direc ves using plug and RCD
provided with steam version or supply one for non steam version
2) (Preferred) Wire into isolated fused feed connec ng directly to
the house consumer / service box. Remove the plug / RCD fi8ed and
ensure the Consumer unit has capabili es to replace RCD feature.
Always use protec on against electrical surge. Your shower should
be treated the same as a home computer. A surge protector should
eradicate the possibility of either the transformer or computer con-
trol being burnt out because of this reason.
Please note earth is required and found on chassis of shower tray. A
further earth is required from Steam Generator unit. Each earth
must ground through power supply line.

Whilst the next steps show you how to assemble your shower we
want to make sure you have a correct build to ensure you get a
trouble free shower. Therefore our advice is to follow the instruc-
ons and perform a dry run to ensure you are confident with the
build and you understand fully how the unit is assembled. When
we use the word “DRY RUN” this means you do not silicone any-
thing, just simply construct the shower, align, drill and screw every-
thing together. Once you are happy with the build take the unit
apart and carry out the final fix.

VERY IMPORTANT
Have you got everything? If not please contact your supplying deal-
er now. Remember NEVER book your tradesman un l everything
has arrived, been checked and is present. No replacement / miss-
ing parts can obtained free of charge during or aAer build only
within the mescale permi8ed (48 hours aAer delivery) and always
BEFORE build.
GOT EVERYTHING AS YOU SHOULD?
GREAT NOW FOR BUILD PLEASE READ ON!
TO START.
Make sure you have a clear space, remember when finished and in
place you need access to check your build and able to pull the
shower out should you need to replace anything!
Take the shower tray remove all protec ve wrapping and fit waste.
If you purchased the fi>ng kit it is possible this could have been
already been fi8ed in the tray hole but please note it will only have
been for transport and will need sealing correctly and alignment
for your house waste. In the side of the waste supplied in the op-
onal fi>ng kit you will no ce a spigot not seen on an ordinary
waste. In most cases this is blanked, you need to gently drill this
out now. This item is for the steam generator waste and will be
connected in instruc ons later.
Once the tray has been levelled you can pull it out to begin the
main construc on.
13 14
Check Levels both sides
Tray Feet
Now taking the back panel labelled “leA” and the central column
align the 2 together as shown below and line up the holes on the
column and back panel where they will screw together. Once you
are happy everything aligns correctly, remove the panel and run a
bead of silicone up the edge of the column. You will no ce the
back panel does have a sealing strip however another bead of sili-
cone will add extra protec on and rigidity to the build.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
Once you have applied the bead of silicone offer the back wall back
up to the column and using the 12mm screws x 5 secure the col-
umn in place. Once you have the panel securely in place you can
proceed to do the same with the opposite panel.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
15 16
The next step is to a8ach both the front fixed panels. In order to do
this take the leA hand panel as shown below ( the larger black edge
to the inside of the shower) and offer it up to the back wall.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
Once this has been done, repeat the same for the other side fixed
glass.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
17 18
Once you are happy with the alignment remove the pan-el and run a bead of silicone between the 2 joints. Offer the panel back up to the back wall and screw in place with the 15mm screws.
Note: Make sure the sealing
strip overhangs as shown
below. This will need to be
cut down level with the
frame.
Important: Never use a power drill as the chuck
may damage the back wall
Once both panels have been put in to place turn your a8en on to
the top and bo8om rails. Firstly take the bo8om rail (This is the
thinner of the 2 rails) and offer it up to the ver cal upright post
and ensure it passes behind the front glass. Make sure you have
the rail up the correct way. To determine this ensure the grey clips
are running the following direc on:
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
With the rail offered up to the ver cal upright connect it in to posi-
on with the aid of the 60mm screws. Screw in both top and
bo8om screws and repeat for both side of the bo8om rail.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
19 20
Just a thought!
It may be an idea to
place a lever under
the back panel to
help in the connec-
on on the rail as
shown here.
Once the bo8om rail is securely in place repeat the same proce-
dure for the top rail, again make sure you have the rail the correct
way round and ensure the sealing strip runs cleanly up out of the
top as shown below.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
Now the top and bo8om rails have been fi8ed your shower should
look this this!
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
21 22
Next secure the front 2 columns in posi on with the aid of a pilot
drill and a 15mm screw. First locate the pre-drilled holes at the top
& bo8om of the rails from inside the cabin as shown below. Make
your pilot hole between the top rail and the ver cal rail and secure
in to posi on.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
Inser ng the wall fixings in the cabin:
You will no ce that looking from the inside of the cabin you have a
series of pre-cut holes on the back panels. You will need to now
piece each of the holes, but from the back of the cabin NOT in the
inside as this could rip the rear film off the back panel and that
would mean a new panel as they can not be re-filmed! For the
smaller holes simply locate the holes from the back and gently
push a sharp object such as a screwdriver through and carefully
clean up the opening. For the holes such as the steam pod please
use a sharp knife and carefully make a cross opening and push
through.
Please see overleaf for a
picture guide of how to
install each item within the cabin.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
23 24
Ensure the rubber gasket is on the inside of the cabin. This gasket
once compressed against the glass with fla8en out!
Do the retaining
nut up from be-
hind, however be
careful to not over
ghten as this
could scratch the
rear film.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
25 26
Insert the chrome water
outlet and do the rear re-
taining nut up from behind
the cabin.
Insert the white plas c foot
massager knobs and do the
rear retaining nut up from
behind the cabin.
A8ach the hose to the water
inlet and the foot massager.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
27 28
Locate the temperature probe and push it through the chrome
hole in the back centre column. Locate the probe so it just
pushes through the hole and secure in place with a drop of sili-
cone.
Finally you will need to fix the internal shelf rack to the back
wall. Please see picture overleaf.
A8ach the hand riser as
shown and push the bo8om
through the larger hole and
screw the top in to posi on
with the retaining nut and
bolt. You will no ce you
have 2 of these in the pack
however only 1 is needed!
Once you have it securely in
posi on place the silver cov-
er back over the top fixing.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
To assemble the Glass Rack:
1. Place the 2 uprights to the back wall with the square clear
washers against the back inside wall of the cabin and secure
in place from the rear of the cabin with the screw, chrome
washer and the clear washer pressed against the rear back of
the cabin. Do this 4 all 4 screws.
2. Push the glass shelves into the retaining horizontal support
brackets and ghten up grub screw. At this point ensure you
have the flat part of the shelf against the rear wall, NOT the
curved edge.
3. Push the front “U” brackets on to the shelves and do the
brackets up. Once done you rack should look like this.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
29 30
Next place the roof on the shower and begin to square the shower
on to the tray ensuring you have a good fit all round. Ensure you
have a ght fit around the front as shown below.
Once your happy everything is sited correctly you then locate the
holes at the back of the shower to the tray and using a pilot drill
mark out the holes. Once done you can secure the tray in to posi-
on using the 15mm self tapping screws. You need to do this for all
4 holes on the bo8om as well as repea ng the procedure for the
roof.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
31 32
Next secure the 4 door wheels on to each door.
Take the wheel apart and assemble to the door as shown above.
You will only need to do the rear nut up hand ght at this point
and leave the rear covering cap off un l later. Ensure when you put
the wheels on the door the outer wheel is on the outside curve of
the glass. Please take note of the picture above.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
Now fix the handle on
the door as shown. You
can place the larger of
the 2 internal knobs
either at the top of the
handle or the bo8om.
Ensure you have the
clear washers both sides
of the handle before
fixing in to posi on.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
33 34
Once you have the door fixing installed you can place the door in
to posi on in the cabin. Be very careful not to catch the corners as
these are the most fragile part of the door which could cause the
door to break. Once the door is inside the cabin hang the top
wheels in the runner and ensure you turn the outer white oscil-
la ng nut un l the wheel is set to the lowest point. Now turn your
a8en on to the bo8om wheels. You will need to work at these as
they are ght to push is for obvious reasons. Using the same print-
able as the top wheels turn the wheel un l it’s at it’s lowest point
and push it in to the rail. You may need to loosen the wheel from
the back chrome nut to allow the wheel to drop a li8le lower. Once
you have all 4 wheels in posi on repeat the same for the other
door. Do not align the doors at this point!
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
Once both doors have been put on to the runners you will need to
put on the magne c door seals. Simply push these on hand ght
un l the seal is pushed ghtly on to the doors.
Now with the magnets ghtly pushed on, step inside the cabin and
close the doors. Now you need to use the spanner supplied and
oscillate the wheels un l you have a perfectly set of closed doors.
Once your happy with the closure and alignment simply ghten up
the chrome nut and place the white protec ve cover back over.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
35 36
Finally push the rear seals on the back of each door as shown
above and ensure the doors run nice and smooth. They may seam
to s ck at first as they are newly installed, however they will
loosen up a li8le over me!
Your shower is now built! However iyou s ll need to follow the
guidelines overleaf for sealing and connec ng up the electrics and
water!
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
Good advice!
We recommend you seal and ghten all large jets. To do this loos-
en each off each jet and carefully silicone seal each on the back
then ghten for final posi on. As picture below.
For the latest fing instrucons please visit www.insigniarange.co.uk
37 38
When all jets are sealed, ghtened and secure, take each black
clip and place over jet/pipe connec ons and ghten fully with pli-
ers by crimping them. Note: Should you break one by over ght-
ening NEVER leave this! Replace with jubilee clip if necessary.
Now ghten metal braded flexi hose at “water in” brass valve po-
si on fully making sure inner seal is not damaged. Connect the
opposite end to the steam generator “Water In” posi on.
Towards the bo8om of the column place the steam outlet pod
through the hole supplied and ghten in posi on. If you have the
slide type make sure the slide posi on is “UP” others point up-
wards also. Taking the insulated flexi steam hose from steam
generator “OUT” connect to the pod (Use PTFT tape on all water
and steam joints!!) and ghten.
You will now have only one posi on leA on the steam generator
this is “WASTE OUT” Connect the hose (with fi>ng kit if pur-
chased) ghtly leaving the other end unconnected at this point.
Seal where shown in red on the inside of the shower

Pressure Requirements from your house supply.
We recommend a bar pressure between 2 and 3 bar. If you have a
combi boiler system no problem should be experienced. If you
have a gravity feed older type of installa on (hot water tank type
usually less than 1 bar) you will almost certainly need a pump. We
cannot advise on which type of pump is used, loca on or design
because all house plumbing layouts vary. This is a job for your in-
staller /plumber. The end delivery however must fall within the
scope above.
Debit Requirements.
You will need the debit capabili es of at least 10 litres per minute.
Again an average combi boiler will supply this but please check if
you have a gravity feed system.
Important Note Do not exceed 3 bar pressure under any circum-
stances. Warranty void if so as damage will occur. If combi. type
supply, use a pressure reducing valve if required.
Remembering this product is free standing and designed to be
pulled away from the wall, the water supply pipes and waste pipe
require flexible pipes. If you purchased the fi8ed kit with this
shower you will have the required fi>ngs. The water supply pipes
need to be at least 1 metre long and flexi braided type not speed
fit type hea ng piping. Your generator will have 3 x connec ons.
Water in, waste water to house waste and the insulated white pipe
which is steam out going to the tub. Make sure these are fi8ed in
correct posi on as they are only a8ached for transit delivery rea-
sons! Please note if a shower pump is used via gravity system we
recommend a separate cold feed bypassing pump direct to genera-
tor to avoid damage to the generator. Further to this as you would

with a washing machine or dishwasher, it is highly recommended
accessible water valve taps are installed to turn off the shower
when not In use. This will avoid any possible flooding due to a
burst pipe or connec on failure in the future.
Electrical House connecons.
We reiterate NEVER ATTEMPT THIS YOURSELF. THIS MUST BE UN-
DERTAKEN BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICAL COMPANY. A CERTIFICATE
MUST BE OBTAINED AFTER INSTALLATION AS PROVE OF COMPLI-
ANCE WITH CURRENT SAFETY REGULATIONS AND WILL BE RE-
QUIRED TO CONFORM WITH ANY WARRANTY OFFERED WITH THIS
PRODUCT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES UNDERTAKE THIS YOURSELF!!!
Note for electrician. This product comes with 13 amp plug(s) fi8ed

24 hours at min) Switch on the overhead shower NOT massage jets
remember these will fire water out at you and are not suitable for
checking leaks as they would normally only operate when a person
is fully in front of them. Just use COLD water se>ng as hot will
make cabin misty and condensate thus the inspec on becomes
very difficult. Now on the OUTSIDE inspect each joint, factory seal,
hose, clip, jet, from one side going round to the back and then oth-
er side finishing at the front. If you have a small leak (normally
caused through insufficient sealer or air bubble on assemble. Dry
area thoroughly and reseal on the OUTSIDE. Again remember
where you see water may not be exactly where the leak is, it could
have run round to a low point. Never seal anything inside unless
you feel it necessary and make sure it is thin and neat, remember
you will see this for the life of your shower! Leave to cure again
and check. If all good now check shower func ons, Jets for back
massage, foot massage, (if you have one) and finally hand shower,
check your joints to these func ons at the rear again. Never use
the shower un l all checks have been made and the installer is
100% happy in the knowledge no leaks are present. All good? Now
push your shower FROM THE BASE NEVER GLASS OR FRAME into
its final res ng posi on. Now you can shower in the knowledge
that you have no leaks a job done well and long product life.

turn visits at the customers request because of various faults and
charging effec vely for correc ons to work that should never have
been required. We would expect no further charges should be
made for call backs unless alien to original work carried out.
