4. For student registration, there should be an additional letter from the head of the institution where
delegate is studying. Without the submission of this letter delegate will be considered as a regular
delegate.
5. Authors’ needs to register for the conference (one registration per paper) within the time mentioned
on www.icmpc.com. Registration will be confirmed when their registration form, copyright form and the
registration fee reaches our office on time and not the date at which these things are dispatched. If the
registration fee does not reach our office by 15 Jan 2014 by 4 PM, those papers will be considered with
late fee registration. It should be kindly noted that only those papers will be uploaded on Elsevier
Procedia Material Science whose registration details reaches the office by Jan 30 2014 by 2 PM (with late
Fee). Registration details received later on i.e after 2 PM of 30 Jan 2014, those papers will be published in
International journal of Advanced Materials Manufacturing and Characterization (An indexed journal: for
details www.ijammc-griet.com). There is a request to the authors that no further communication can be
done on this matter and these dates cannot be changed.
6. Authors should kindly note that references at the end should be presented in alphabetical order and do
not number them. Kindly careful about the font size in the abstract, body and the references at the end.
7. We are following the dates strictly because we need to upload the papers on Elsevier FTP within a
certain date and beyond that even we can not do anything. So we request the authos to abode by the dats
of modified paper submission and registration.
