ATTENDANCE
Students are present (P) up until the
15/20-minute mark, at which point,
they will be marked late (L).
Absences (A) are to only be given
when the student misses the entire
class or, their absence is unexcused.
CLASSROOM COURTESIES
TEACHER AND STUDENTS MUST SPEAK ENGLISH ONLY!
MUTE/TURN OFF CELL PHONES IN CLASS!
Respect your students.
Don’t eat or drink in class or during class time. Only water is permitted.
Never leave trash in the classroom. Please tidy-up your classrooms after each class.
Make sure all that each student is using the physical book they have purchased and not through their phones, or always sharing with other students.

Students must attend class with the required
textbooks and materials.
Students are encouraged to buy their Textbooks
through the school.
NO photocopies, tablets, sharing books or used
books that have been previously filled in are
permitted.
EBETEC does not condone the illegal duplication of software and books
UNAUTHORIZED COPYING OF BOOKS
COURSE DETAILS
General English Program = 16 weeks
Intensive / Semi-Intensive English Program = 12 weeks
Satisfactory progress = 70% grade average
Grades will consist of all quick test scores + midterm exam + final exam grades
Exam and quiz make-up can only be approved if the student absence was excused

EBETEC has implemented the following
payment plans:
PAYMENT
POLICIES
Payments are made based on the payment plan you have decided on when you registered. Payments are based on the course, and not for the time that you are or are not present. You are responsible to make all payments as agreed upon when you signed the Admission Application.
Holidays, vacations, and un-excused student absences are not reasons to not pay.
Failure to meet payment due dates will be cause for suspension, and, if still not met, grounds for class cancelation, and student termination from EBETEC.
WITHDRAWAL
Any teacher that will no longer continue
employment with EBETEC on their own
accord, must notify the school in writing,
14 days prior to their final day in class in
order to properly turnover the position.
