Another Eggscuse For ChocolateSome Bunnies are white, Some are brown, Easter is here, Spreading the cheer, When Easter is here Goodness abounds, Together we raise money, to be proud, for St Andrews hospice sharing all the cheer !

Another Eggscuse For ChocolateIn our pop up shop we are offering -

1.00 small bags of mini eggs are on offer for the people who want to just have the mini eggs without joining in the activity

1.00 a go on making your Easter plates with 5 people at a time. winner wins a small bag of mini eggs and gets put into a competition with the other winners to win 2 big bags of mini eggs.

Our pop up shop will be ran all day and the reason for creating this idea is for the children and adults that are in and out patients at st Andrews hospice to raise money at Easter time.

Marketing ActivitiesWe shall use emailing for promoting the pop up shop in the college to different tutors and courses that are ran.We will also create and design some posters to hand out to people on our breaks or to stick up on notice boards.We will also speak to the student Reps to see where is appropriate for posters.By doing this, this will provide marketing of our activities to make students, visitors and staff aware of our activities. When we are doing it, where it will be based, what times it will be on, and what is on for offer for example doing a Easter plate to win chocolate or then buy some mini eggs for 20p a small bag.

Target Market Our Target Market is for students or staff / visitors in the Grimsby Institute College It has unisex activities which means everyone can get involve and have fun where there is no discrimination and are treated equally.No matter what your age is we can always have fun and there is no better way than doing it for charity!

Cost/profit of our pop-up shop

This Shows how much I spent on Easter plates and the mini bags of eggs The total spending is 99.00 for both activities that are taking place.

Our Break Even Point for the Easter Plates

Easter platesBreak Even Easter PlatesAs from our break even chart on our other slide we will raise at least 44.00 for our charity as long as we sell 100 plates out of 120 plates which are available . Bearing in mind this is just minimum pay 1 and no donations for the charity so we could raise more however the more we raise for the charity the better but we also have the beak even for the 1.00 mini eggs as well so that will also means we could raise more money.Break Even Mini Eggs Sweets

Breakeven Easter EggsAs from our break even chart on our other slide we will raise at least 55 if we sell 100 bags of our handmade Easter Mini eggs bags out of 120Bearing in mind this is just minimum pay 1pound and no donations for the charity so we could raise more however the more we raise for the charity the better

St Andrews Hospice Fundraiser Pop Up ShopWith working with our breakeven charts we can possible raise 99 pound for the st Andrews hospice. However this doesnt include people making donations,Even though it doesnt sound a lot to many people a penny even makes a difference to st Andrews hospice so imagine what 99 could do. What could our money do for st Andrews HospiceOur money could do-New Facilities More support for families.More trips out and treats for the children and adults.Provides more comforts for children e.g. toys and teddiesSupplies a better environment with positives vibes while they get treatment to provide a positive experience through a traumatic time
