How can Distance Education benefit students who struggle in Math and Reading over the 8 weeks of summer when they are not in school?

Students from three elementary schools are chosen to participate in an 8 week online program designed to improve math and reading skills. The 8 week program would take place over summer break and could be completed entirely online.
