Duties: Carried out routine and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment and mining structures across fixed

plant operations and shutdowns for clients including BHP, RTIO and FMG across the Pilbara. Maintained equipment and machinery including but not limited to conveyors, crushers, screens, chutes,

feeders, reclaimers, stackers, water pumps, air systems and various drive systems. Completed detailed inspections to determine maintenance requirements on upcoming shutdowns. Attended daily pre-start meetings and completed all relevant risk, hazard and safety paperwork including

JHAs and Take 5s. Reported any hazards and assisted in their resolution when possible. Performed Hot Works such as oxy torch and welding duties as needed throughout operations.

Duties: Responsible for dismantling and servicing screens from the Pilbara in a workshop environment in Perth. Completed assembly of new equipment and prepared for transport in line with client requirements. Performed servicing of excitors and tested accordingly. Followed up and resolved any issues or faults. Prepared metal for assembling (fabrication) ensuring all safety and PPE was utilised at all times. Ensured all work was completed in line with all safety guidelines. Maintained workshop in a tidy condition.
