We are asking for a voluntary contribution to cover the cost

of the activities and the cost for each individual activity is

shown on the relevant page. We are asking for an initial

deposit of £15.00 to secure your daughter’s choices and will

request a further payment when choices have been received.

Whilst non-payment may not necessarily preclude your child

from taking part, if sufficient funds are not forthcoming then

the trip may have to be cancelled. If you are in receipt of

government benefit or assistance such as Income Support and

would like to discuss the school’s possible ability to offer you

financial help with the trip, then please do not hesitate to

contact the Finance Department at school.

Students who do not participate will stay in school doing

activities in another year group or complete alternative

activities in the Library.

While every effort will be made to allocate student choices,

where there is a limit on numbers a random selection will be

used.

We expect the students to abide by the normal rules of the school at all times.

Students are expected to obey supervising adults at all times.

Students should recognise that this is a visit not a holiday. They will be expected to participate fully in all aspects of the visit, except where an activity is specifically classed as optional.

Students will not be allowed to leave the group without the express permission from the group leader or his or her representative.

Students are expected to respect the environment.

The rules laid down by the organisers at the venue will be obeyed at all times.

All safety regulations will be obeyed at all times.
