“A microbrewery or craft brewery is a brewery that produces a limited amount of beer. Exact definitions vary, but the terms are typically applied to breweries that are much smaller than large-scale corporate breweries and are independently owned. Such breweries are generally characterized by their emphasis on flavor and brewing technique.”

URBAN MOBILITY

CF. HTTPS://EN.WIKIPEDIA.ORG/WIKI/FOOD_TRUCK
“A food truck, mobile kitchen, mobile canteen, roach coach, or catering truck is a mobile venue that transports and sells food. Some, including ice cream trucks, sell frozen or prepackaged food; others resemble restaurants on wheels. Some may cater to specific meals, such as the breakfast truck, lunch truck or lunch wagon, snack truck, kebab trailer (UK), break truck or taco truck.”

BEGINNING OF THE FOOD TRUCK (WAGONS)
Charles Goodnight invented the Chuck Wagon in 1866. Goodnight and his partner, Oliver Loving made a Trail Drive of 2,000 longhorns from the Fort Belknap area in northern Texas, to Denver Colorado. Goodnight purchased a U.S. Government Wagon and had it completely rebuilt according to his specifications. The distinguishing feature of the wagon was the sloping box on the rear with hinged lid that lowered to become a cook’s table. The box was fitted to the width of the Wagon and contained shelves and drawers for holding food and utensils. “Chuck” was food to a cowboy. So the Wagon that carried the food became the “Chuck Wagon“.
