family Favorites 2017 results introduced us to some new Richmond businesses, and allowed us to again congratulate some perennial “Favorites”. This year’s

voting period was abbreviated, but the enthusiasm was still intense!

Each September we ask our Style Weekly readers to cast their votes for their “Faves” in family-focused categories, like “Favorite Gymnastics Studio”, or “Favorite Daycare Provider”. The best part about being a “Family Favorite” is the fact that the voters had to type their “Favorites” names onto the online ballot - no drop-down lists! A few of the categories had only ONE VOTE separating the “Favorites”, even a couple of tied results, so our annual Family Favorites contest is really more of a celebration than a competition.
