1) System HardwareEach Hearing Hotspot system consists of multiple hardware components that are specifically configured for the customer venue based on how the system will be used. This approach allows us to scale the system from small to very large venues with customers paying only for the components they need. To determine a specific price, the following details need to be defined allowing your Williams Sound representative to produce a proposal specific to the customer requirements.

2) SubscriptionA subscription to Hearing Hotspot ensures uninterrupted use of the system. The subscription fee is based on the number of audio sources and includes 24/7 access to the Hearing Hotspot portal allowing each venue to customize the messages and offers

that are pushed directly to end-users smartphones and tablets when using the Hearing Hotspot app. The subscription fee also includes future updates to the Hearing Hotspot software ensuring support for the newest devices and adding new functionality as it becomes available. Subscription discounts are available for annual payments and multiple year contracts. Williams Sound works directly with each customer on payment of subscription fees.

Drop Shipments: We offer drop shipments for our customers. A service fee will be added to your order: Orders up to: ($150.00) = $3.00, ($151.00 to $500.00) = $5.00, ($500.00+) = $10.00. Please note that we do not drop ship outside the U.S. (This includes APO addresses.)

Cost of Shipping: All orders are FOB Williams Sound factory, Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Shipping costs are prepaid and invoiced on all open credit orders. COD charges are added to the invoice on any COD order.

Damage Claims: For all shipments that have been received by you dam-aged, contact the local shipping carrier for claim instructions. Williams Sound is not responsible for damage that occurs in transit.

30-day Money Back Guarantee: All Williams Sound products are backed with a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. We ask that you return the equipment in like-new condition, in the original packaging, and within 30 days of the invoice date. SERVICEReturns Made Easy:1) Call Us: Please call our Product Service Department at 800-843-3544 to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number and shipping instructions.

2) Send it: Choose your preferred carrier to return the equipment to Williams Sound. Clearly mark on the outside of the package the RA Number; this will help us get the equipment back to you sooner. Prepay the shipping charges (no freight collect shipments will be accepted). Remember that items can become damaged in shipping, which we will not be responsible for. Please pack your items carefully.

Warranty Repairs: It is our goal to complete repairs within 5 business days (larger quantities may need extra time). If the product you’re returning to us is under warranty, please provide a copy of the invoice. The warranty period starts from the date of sale. If the date of sale cannot be established, the date of manufacture will be used as the effective date of the warranty. We will repair or, at our option, replace any part or product that proves defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. The warranty does not extend to deliberate or accidental physical damage, neglect, misuse, or to products that we deem to be abused. Unauthorized repairs, use of our products with power supplies not verified by Williams Sound, LLC, or modifications will void the warranty. The length of warranty is found on the warranty card included with the product. Accessory items (earphones, headphones, microphones, etc.) have a 90-day warranty.

Specific Warranty Exclusion: Our products are not warranted for use in corrosive or chemically adverse environments. Specifically, damage due to moisture that can occur in health club type settings, or any other chemically corrosive environment, i.e. corroded batteries, sweat, salt. Damage due to these causes will VOID the product warranty.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs: Out-of-Warranty repairs will be charged at a stan-dard service rate. See the information under “Standard Service Rates.”

Returns for Credit: Items returned for credit, in like-new condition with complete packaging, will be issued a full credit (minus batteries and original shipping charges).
