Cylinder HeadsChoose from a complete range of Japanese and European range of cylinder heads; bare or complete with cams & valves �tted as per OE specs. All cylinder heads are manufactured by state of art production facility dedicated to fastest turn around while ensuring the highest degree of quality. Each product goes through high quality checks by specialists at various stages to con�rm that the hardness, surface �nish and casting qualities are up to the OE standards. All the cylinder heads are compatible with LPG and unleaded gasoline.
GasketsWe o�er a comprehensive gasket kit for di�erent applications. Full gasket sets, conversion sets or head sets are available in multi layer steel, graphite and �bre base. We use high quality seals strictly in accordance with speci�cation requirements. All products are manufactured by ISO/TS 16949 quality assurance companies.
Valve & GuidesSelect Valves & guides manufactured by ISO/TS 16949: 2002 company following the OEM speci�cation or according to customer speci�cations meeting international standards. Specialised in manufacturing Inlet & Exhaust Valves for Automobiles, Tractors, Marine and Stationary engines. We can supply nitride, hardened steel, bimetal and chrome plated valves in di�erent sizes up to 28mm stem dia, 150mm head dia and 600mm long.
LinersExclusive supplier of cylinder liners of an ISO-9001:2000 Company producing Centrifugal Cylinder Liners, Sleeves & Air Cooled Blocks in a wide range con�rming to the tailor-made speci�cations and parameters of the international OE manufacturer. The liners are suitable for a wide range of models worldwide (upto 1500 models of cars, trucks, tractors and industrial engines). Manufactured with BS4K6 material standard with chromium and nickel elements. The available sizes are up to 400mm outer dia, 400mm inner dia and 500mm length.

All Acme cylinder heads are produced by ISO 9002 certi�ed companies. Quality system and check points have been designed to achieve OEM standards. All petrol and diesel cylinder heads pass through following quality checks program to ensure there are zero defects in the �nal product. Assembled heads follow a similar level of quality control system to ensure the components quality and �nish is of a high standard. Before packaging all the cylinder heads have been marked with a unique serial number and company’s stamp and come with a warranty card.
