GROUP EXERCISE
20/20/20 – this session involves three sets of workouts, focusing on cardiovascular, conditioning and core.
50+ AEROBICS – a fun and enjoyable low impact group aerobics session. Suitable for everyone 50+, the session also includes some light resistance to improve strength.
AB ATTACK – designed for all abilities to attack your way to a stronger, toned and functional core.
AEROBIX MIX – the ultimate aerobics class! Expect a mix of styles working the aerobic system from step and dance to classic aerobics. Excellent for endurance and cardio training with additional toning benefits.
AQUA BLAST AEROBICS – aerobics using the natural force of the water to tone and strengthen muscles. Suitable for all abilities.
AQUA ZUMBA® – The dance fitness craze that has taken the world by storm... in the water! Get ready to shake and shimmy and make some waves.
ARKE & KINESIS – optimising physical efficiency trains your coordination, stability, flexibility, strength, speed, agility, responsiveness, as well as cardiovascular and respiratory capacity.
ARMAGEDDON – a hardcore, variable intensity group fitness session which is carefully designed to encourage development in your fitness and aids both fat loss and muscular improvement.
BOOTY BLAST – a 30 minute high intensity glute workout that will help you achieve a perfectly toned booty!
BOXERCISE – boxercise is fun, fast and testing. It improves your fitness, endurance, strength over all body tone
and also a massive stress release for most people who just need something to unleash the fury on!
BOOTCAMP CIRCUITS – great all over workout which burns calories fast, giving your whole body a workout as well as being great fun!
COMBAT & SCULPT – a dynamic mix of both cardio and sculpting exercises mixing combat style aerobics with barbell and weight bearing exercises for lean definition. Get ready to give your fitness a kick!
CONDITION & TONE – toning exercises for the legs, bum, tum and upper body.
EASY DOES IT AEROBICS – low-impact workout, but you’ll get a sweat on!
FIGHTING FIT/ KICK BOX AEROBICS – an alternative exercise method incorporating Martial Arts based aerobic moves with focus mitts and kick pads.
FITNESS YOGA – based on traditional yoga practices, Fitness Yoga is focused on helping you become more focused, strong and relaxed. The postures are progressive and suit all ages and abilities!
FIT BALL – using the stability balls to improve and strengthen core muscles as well as helping to improve posture.
FUNCTIONAL CIRCUITS – sessions held in the Fitness Suite using battle ropes, TRX, kettle bells and Reebok boxing equipment.
HIIT LBT - the classic lower body workout has just stepped up a gear! Get ready to work legs, bums & tums with elements of HIIT training for maximum fat burning and toning benefits on problem areas!

INSANITY™ – are you up to the challenge? Get ready to push your limits with a max interval training session. Forget what you think you know about high intensity workouts.
JUNIOR FITNESS FUN – a fun and energetic session including fitness games and urban rebounding. For juniors aged 5-15 years.
JUNIOR GROUP GOLF COACHING – group sessions covering the basic fundamentals of golf whilst allowing juniors to have fun at the same time. All equipment is provided. Please book at the Belhus Park Golf and Country Club shop.
KETTLEBELLS – kettlebells are a fat burning, body sculpting piece of equipment which works every muscle creating the ultimate fat burning effect not only when doing the exercise but for up to 48 hours afterwards as well.
KINESIS CIRCUIT – great all over workout to help tone muscles and burn calories using the Kinesis Wall.
KINESIS CORE – a session all about working the abdominal muscles. The training focuses on working trunk muscles for all possible functionalities using the Kinesis Wall.
KINESIS MIX – a lower impact Kinesis session taking movement from practices such as Tai Chi as well as the Kinesis Wall. The focus of the class is on core stability, balance and control.
KINESIS MOVE – a low impact session using the Kinesis Wall, designed to enhance health and wellbeing.
KINESIS SHAPE – designed for individuals who want to change the shape of their body, burn calories and tone their lower limbs and stomach using the Kinesis Wall.
KINESIS TONE – designed to help sculpt your muscles using the Kinesis Wall.
LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS – the ultimate lower body workout! These sessions target those problem areas by using a combination of cardio and sculpting exercises.
LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ – the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
PILATES – build core strength and improve posture with a series of low repetition and low-impact stretching and conditioning exercises.
PUMP FX – using barbells and weight plates, Pump FX delivers a complete body workout! Traditional resistance training takes on a new dimension through the use of functional multi-plane movement.
STREET DANCE – choreographed dance workouts using the latest moves to the latest chart music. For juniors aged 3-14 years.
STEP AND TONE/ STEP IT UP – high energy, heart pumping sessions using step choreography to keep you moving to the beat of the music.
SUPER SATURDAY SWEAT AND SHAPE – start your weekend on a high with a 90 minute, high energy, all over body workout. Prepare to sweat!
SWIMFIT – if you’re looking for an alternative way to work out in the pool, then SwimFit is for you! SwimFit is all about helping you achieve your goal, whether it’s to lose weight, tone up or improve technique.
TOTAL BARRE™ – integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength training. Fully expandable and adaptable for all.

TOTAL BODY – a toning and sculpting class focused on training specific muscle groups week by week, concluding each month with an all over Total Body workout! Be prepared to work your arms, legs, back and chest as each month the Total Body session gets progressively harder.
TOTAL CARDIO – perfect for calorie and fat burning! 30 minutes of high intensity cardio using a mix of equipment and body weight exercises to optimise results fast!
TOTAL STRENGTH – helps to tone and increase lean muscle definition as well as burn fat. The 30 minutes includes exercises using equipment such as dumbbells, barbells and plates to help you feel the burn!
TOTALLY TONE – have better definition and sculpt your muscles in our Totally Tone sessions.
TRX – small group suspension training sessions using the TRX system. This functional training will develop core body strength, as well as joint and muscular stability.
URBAN REBOUNDING – a safe, effective workout using individual trampettes, providing surprisingly challenging cardiovascular workout without stress on the heart, muscles and joints.
X-BIKING/ SPINNING – using unique stationary bikes, this workout focuses on endurance and strength with high intensity intervals. You can burn up to 500 calories per session!

IMPORTANT SWIMMING NOTES• Under 8s must be accompanied in the
swimming pools by an adult (16+ years) at all times
• **Only 2 children under the age of 8 years are permitted per adult. At least one of the children must be wearing an acceptable flotation aid, either arm bands or a sitting ring
• No unaccompanied under 16s are permitted in the pools before 10.00am
• *Juniors over 16 must prove they are in full-time education, or they will be charged an adult fee
• Swimming nappies must be worn by babies at all times
• Last admittance to all pools and slides is 30 minutes before the main pool closes
• Changing cubicles, lockers and hair dryers are available in our changing areas. A refundable fee of 50p is required to use the lockers
• Floats, goggles, hats, armbands and swimming nappies are available to purchase from Reception
• If showering in a public swimming area swimming costumes/trunks must be worn
• During school term time the pools are usually busy due to swimming lessons. We advise that you check the live timetable on our website www.impulseleisure.co.uk before coming to swim
• We hold a no shoe policy detailing that no outdoor footwear is to be worn in the Changing Room Village.
